History

Established in 1984.

Enrico’s was established as a family-run business by the late Enrico Moscato in 1984. The restaurant was truly a family-run enterprise. Enrico’s eldest son Sal ran the front counter, his younger son Jerry helped his mother in the kitchen, and his daughter Amelia attended to customers in the dining room. The pizza recipes and styles were Enrico’s. All the fresh cooked entrees — including the sauce — were the recipes of the family matriarch, Filomena Moscato. Since its inception, Enrico’s has been known for its incredible thin pizza as well as its delicious mussels and homemade meatballs.

Unfortunately over the the next six years, the ownership changed hands a few times and, under the management of multiple owners, the quality of the food and the reputation of the Enrico’s name suffered.

In December 2012, Enrico’s younger son Jerry, a culinary school graduate, returned to take back the restaurant and restore the reputation of not only the food, but also the Enrico’s name.
