Ideal Window

Idea Windows produces outstanding windows. I’ve had my Ideal windows for about 7 years, and had a bit of a small issue. I got I touch with the company and in no time the issue was resolved. Caryn and George in Customer Service are outstanding, dedicated employees and very professional. They follow through on what they say! It’s a pleasure and very refreshing to deal with such a great company!

I have used and sold the Majestic Signature Series product for approximately 6 years now, and have been extremely satisfied, since my customers are happy, I’m happy. The office staff is phenomenal, sales, service and shipping department are most helpful and management actually has concerns about the product, encouraging my crew to inform of any issues, challenges or ideas for the betterment of us all.
It’s great that they’ve been around for almost 100 years, a true testament to American ingenuity and craftsmanship!

To ensure that I was providing an accurate review, I waited a full year to write this. My windows were installed last August. I had 8 windows replaced using the Ultratite Series, and I am extremely pleased. The new windows are much more energy efficient than my previous windows, and they tilt for easier cleaning (which is definitely a plus for this girl lol). Definitely a great quality window and the price was right for what I purchased.

Phenomenal company, outstanding windows, incomparable service and support. This is the reason Ideal has eliminated any contenders for my family/​friends and anyone that reads this note should look no further. After being abused with shoddy workmanship and taken for more rides than I care to admit, Ideal is in a class all by itself. Purchased several windows in 2008, introduced neighbors in 2011, and recently inquired about a very minor issue which Ideal came out to service immediately. I’ve just asked for pricing on more windows to complete our home, and strongly suggest anyone considering windows to stop searching! You’ve just found the right company. I only wish the best for Ideal and their associates since I now consider them extended family (the good ones :-)

We purchased our home in 2005. The house was all wood Anderson windows. Including the french door. 2010 my husband and I decided it was time to replace some windows. The bay window was so drafty and you can feel the cool air bursting through. When my contractor told me about Ideal Windows, I was leery. I wanted Anderson again. He explained the benefits of vinyl and the energy packages. I’m so glad we did. We decided to go with a bow window for the font and all new Double Hung Ultra Tite windows from Ideal. What a difference we saw that winter in our energy bill The casements are so pretty, easy to handle and I love how the grids look with no maintenance. The double hung windows look awesome! I love the locks and they are very easy to move up and down. This year we are replacing the second floor and I’m excited to do the renovation. I love the fact this company makes quality products vrs trying to manufacture loads and loads of product. They are in NJ and have been making windows before I was even born. I’m 100% satisfied and could not be happier!

I just had my contractor install several of Ideal’s windows in my house about six months ago. A friend of mind mentioned that she used Ideal Windows about ten years ago… and she could not be more please with their products. I completely agree… I am also a happy camper. We decided to go with the «double-​hung windows», and then also a «bow window» in the front of our home. I have gotten loads of complements (they do look awesome), but the BESTEST part is (yes, I said BESTEST) that I have seen a significant drop in my energy bill. WOOOO HOOOOO!!!
Since I have trouble making decisions… I was debating for a really long time on whether I wanted to go with wood or vinyl… I had used Anderson in the past… but damn… vinyl RULES. BONUS: I never have to paint the damn things again. WOOT.
These windows are strong, easy to operate, and also look batsh*t AMAZING.
I highly recommend Ideal Windows!!!
