Metropolitan Balloon was awesome! I needed a simple banquet table and 10 chairs for a holiday party in my apartment, and another party rental place in the area quoted me a $ 100 minimum. Luckily after some more online research I found Metropolitan Balloon and placed my order online for just over $ 45. You have to pay a $ 60 cash deposit upon delivery, which they return as soon as you return the items.
The delivery was free and exactly on-​time, and pickup was only an extra $ 15, still way under the $ 100 the other company quoted me. (You can drop the items off yourself if you want to avoid the extra $ 15.) Shing (who I believe is the owner) was extremely courteous and professional, and the table and chairs were clean and in good condition. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a party rental for a good price.

I rented chairs from metropolitan balloon for a party I was having in my apartment. I was a little worried because there is no storefront just a website to place the order. The price was great and the woman I spoke to on the phone a couple of times was helpful and reassuring. I ordered the chairs for 9am and they arrived at 8:59 am. I called them when I was ready for them to be picked up and they came right away to do so. I called a bunch of places and metropolitan balloon has the best prices and were hassle free. You can pay online with a credit card. Other establishments wanted me to go in and pay and also pick up the chairs myself. Too much work for me when I’m dealing with a party.
I will definitely use them again for any party needs. They make balloons, and rent party supplies.

i placed a communion party order on a wednesday for a saturday party. i was super nervous that i cut it too close.
they delivered right on time to my venue, and the balloons were great! the website is really easy to navigate.
