History
Established in 1998.
Mark Boccia and Chef Cannella decided that Bayside, a neighborhood which was dominated by pub-styled dining, needed a place that offered a more unique dining experience. With Chef Cannella’s love and experience for both Traditional American and Cajun cuisines, they felt that Bayside was ready for a change in the dining experience and Bourbon Street was born. The restaurant has held it’s place as one of the most populated restaurants on Bell Boulevard today.

Business Owner
Mark (pictured middle) has been a Restauranteur for almost two decades. His first partnership was opening Austin’s Steak and Ale House in Kew Gardens, and Bourbon Street is his second restaurant venture. He calls the restaurants «his loves» because he truly cares about his staff and customers as if they were his extended family. He is a community advocate, holding various board positions and extends himself generously to many charities in the Queens area. Mark is an exemplary businessman, professional and historical Queensian, who believes in consistancy and quality five-star servce for his customers.
