This is the worst location I’ve ever visited. I transferred my account from another store and they couldn’t seem to find the payments I’ve made in the system. There have been multiple miscommunications with payments I’ve made. One employee told me I owe one amount and the manager comes in and states that I owe substantially more. The payoff is consistently increasing with each payment I make. When I call corporate they have no access to pay off and incidents just continue to go on and on. I would not recommend anyone lease from this place. The manager also tried to belittle the situation like it’s not a big deal. It is!
