The Bridge at Shady Hill

These apartments will give you the run around on everything. We had our apartment broken into after only a month living there. We told the front office. They changed our locks and said they would look at the cameras. They never did, so I’m thinking t was someone who works there. We luckily had renters insurance so we were able to get reimbursed for everything that they stole. Our AC barely worked, we called maintenance and every time they came, they never really fixed anything. This happened 3 times, and we gave up. During a few really bad rain storms, we got a leak in the master bedroom. Called the front office 3 times to get someone to fix it as there was mold growing in the ceiling. No one came. We literally gave up trying to get anything fixed in our place. The water stays cold for weeks on end. There is a bad septic tank problem outside where it smells horrible, they bring people to fix it who do nothing to resolve the issue. The water is always running yellow. It’s disgusting. They will tell you that they care, and make you feel welcome, but once you move in, all they see is money. DO NOT move here! Bad area, with very sketch tenants.
