Yikes. I don’t think so, guys. I went for the first time last Friday for a mani/pedi. On the pricey side, especially if you take into account the quality(or lack of) with the nails. The nails did not last even one day with extremely light use over the weekend. The staff are like headless chickens, running around with no idea what they were doing. The nail«technician» I had was terrible. Talking to customers next to us at her station instead of focusing on doing her job. She was having a conversation with the lady next to me about how her husband was trying to find a job and kept badgering the lady about hiring her husband. Don’t waste your time or money here. There are plenty of other places on Cedar Rd that you would benefit from. My very honest opinion of this place. Would never come here again.

Prices are higher than most I’ve seen around Cleveland in its entirety. Although the staff is nice and friendly I’m very unhappy with my experiences. They also feel free to charge people for gel sets & fills(pink & white, overlays & etc) but actually use acrylic! Shocking right? After being ripped off several times, I will not be returning & will advise other to go elsewhere.

Pricey little nail salon in the mall. $ 45 for a full set(stiletto shaped with regular polish). Other reviews speak of the employees being rude but this wasn’t my experience at all. A young lady, Megan, did my nails. She was really sweet and, like the other employees, made general conversation while working on my hands. On a Sunday afternoon there was a pretty short wait time for service. Overall pleased with my nails a not so much for the price.

Take your business else where. I came with my daughter for mani pedis. The staff was arguing and I ended up with to different nail techs. The second nail tech called me old and did a very bad job on my nails. My daughter said hers was rough. Not going back.

I had a pedicure and acrylic fill here after reading some other reviews. My pedicure was done extremely well by Tree — my only caveat is there was essentially no foot rub or massage(which to be sincere, is the only reason I get a pedicure in the first place). It was a bummer, but the polish looks great! My fill was done by the manager, and she also did a truly fantastic job. I’d recommend it, as finding someone who can do quality acrylic fill ins is no easy task.

I have always cherished the time I spend in a day spa. I pay for a pampering experience. This is why I never go back to a place that doesn’t make me feel special. I go to Avalon Day spa for one reason. His name is Phillip. He is the best nail tech I have had in ten years. He is young, energetic, positive, and professional. Truth is, I tracked him down after he left another salon I frequented. As for the salon itself, it’s crowded, and less intimate than I would like. But it’s pleasant. A little overpriced, but I expect that from a mall salon Rent to pay. If Phillip leaves, so will i.

I’ve been a clint here since I was in high school. No complains. Always clean, price is good. Will continuing to come.

Priced reasonably with the best gel polish around! Always lasts for 3+ weeks. However, make an appointment. It’s such a small salon that it is nearly impossible to get a quick walk-in appointment!

Over-priced. Some rude staff. I have been going to this salon for over a year mostly for convenience despite these issues. As a resident with am erratic schedule I usually do walk-ins because it’s difficult to schedule appointments. I have poured hundreds of dollars into this establishment and always tried to be friendly even when made to wait for long periods of time. When I called to schedule I was told I was tagged as «unlikely to come» so to «make sure I come». I found this to be extremely rude considering the person(who I have dealt with on multiple occasions and is consistently rude) did not bother to ask. I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommending the same to my co-workers, friends and family

This used to be my regular place for getting my nails done, but now only go here if I can’t get to my regular place. I get the gel(shellac) polish change, manicure is extra. This place is always packed, so I do try to make an appt when I have to go here. The staff is always really nice, eager to please and very efficient. My only complaint is that my polish usually doesn’t last the entire 2 weeks. My 1st finger and thumb start to chip, after a few days. As I mentioned before this is not my go-to place but will do when I’m in a pinch.

Popular salon + popular location + weekend = crowded popular salon. Even though I scheduled an appointment days in advance for a Saturday afternoon, I still had to wait about an hour to be serviced. My service felt a little rushed, yet nicely done. I now know that Saturdays are not the best days to visit their salon. Years ago(when I lived and worked closer to the area), I’ve visited their salon on a weekday and did have to wait at all. So, I gave them some slack because it was the weekend. The salon was clean. The receptionist was professional. The had many colors to choose from. Relaxing environment with nice music. I was serviced March 1, 2014.

Having gone to swanky salons and the cheapest places, this salon is the perfect choice. The staff is friendly and professional. The shop is clean and fresh. The equipment appeared to be autoclaved. I found the selection of gel(shellac-style) polishes to be the best I’ve ever seen. The prices were very reasonable — especially considering you can customize the pedicures to exactly what you want and the pedicure chairs are really comfortable. Thumbs up!

I’ve been looking for a place in Cleveland to get my nails done for a while. Their pedicures are pretty decent in terms of foot scrubs and paint job. The pedis are set up in a series of prices starting at $ 30 with add-ons occurring in $ 5 – 10 increments. I would absolutely give them 4 stars if they had more colors and if prices were better. The cheapest pedi costs $ 30+tax. Even though it was decent, it’s way more expensive than any basic pedi I’ve gotten. I plan on coming back based on the quality of the pedicure I got, but I would hesitate to recommend this place for anyone looking to get a moderately-priced pedicure.
