Rushed right out to fix a problem but when he created a bigger problem (huge leak), he no longer answers his phone! Said he needed another part and will be back. He never came back. Several phone calls and texts sent– no reply. John the owner represents himself as a fully licensed and knowledgable repair man. He is not. There have been several complaints with the BBB in Florida and he recently moved to Ohio and is pulling the same scam. Asks to be paid with cash or check made to cash. When problems arise, he is long gone and won’t help fix the problems he made.
