History

Established in 1995.

Attorney David Pomerantz has been representing accident victims since 1985, and he handles a variety of personal injury, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation cases, probate and business litigation. His experience and thorough work earned him a place in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a membership that is only available to attorneys who earn million-​dollar verdicts or settlements on behalf of their clients. Fewer than 1 percent of attorneys in the country are members of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Attorney Fred Crosby has been practicing since 1987, and he focuses his practice on criminal defense and domestic relations. Before moving into private practice, attorney Crosby worked as a prosecutor for Cleveland, and his experience on the other side of the courtroom allows him to build a strong defense by addressing any potential weaknesses in his clients’ cases.
