Porsche of Beachwood

I came in for service on a Saturday morning at 10am. I had a slow leak on my front passenger tire. Patrick, the service manager immediately brought the car to a service bay, put it on the lift and determined that the tire had a nail in it on the side wall. I was back on the road at 11am with a new tire at a fair price and a car wash! Amazing service.

I just bought a pre-​owned Mercedes-​Benz CLA 250 from Porsche of Beachwood and I am very satisfied with their service. Since I live in Columbus and I have about 2 hour drive there, I was in contact with Tiffany Hansen for a few days and she answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns via email. She was very quick and accurate in checking the options on the car and providing me some details.
They were not pushy at all and they gave me a lot of time to test drive the car and spot check it.
The only minor problem that I saw was that the milage of the car was reported by mistake (13K instead of 20K) which they fixed in less than a day after I notified them via email. They were also very quick in taking down the vehicle selling page on their web site after I purchased it which I think is good to avoid misleading other potential buyers.

Walt got my 991 in for service timely, had a nice loaner and he is getting it back to me on Monday. Responsive and on top of server so campaign items which makes me feel a valuable customer. I really appreciate the value of having even routine service done at Porsche of Beachwood.

My wife and I had been shopping for awhile and we knew exactly what she wanted. After convincing her that there was no way we could get a new Cayanne, I found Bruno and he helped me find exactly what she wanted instead of trying to sell me what they had on the lot. As where this sounds simple, it amazed me how at two other dealerships in another area, we felt we were being pushed into what they had on the lot and not what we wanted to find therefor, this went a long way and so did he. He has also helped me to conspire to present the vehicle as a surprise gift for my wife even going as far as to offer to deliver it personally.
The delivery is scheduled for today so as long as everything shows up looking good this will definitely change to a 5 star review.

Update. The vehicle arrived in great condition and the wife was floored when she came home. Tears, screams, etc and then showing it off the rest of the night

The GM of the dealership contacted me within a day of me posting my review and asked for more details on what happened and how he could make it up to me. We exchanged a couple emails and he apologized. A day later an overnight package arrived with a gift certificate to Gibson’s Steak House along with a written apology. A very kind gesture and much appreciated.

We purchased a pre owned (however it was in amazing condition) Mercedes from this dealership and from start to finish we were not only impressed but we were treated like royalty.
We did leave the dealership briefly to look at the same model Mercedes at the nearby Mercedes dealer but after learning that Mercedes was in an unacceptable condition we returned quickly to the Porsche dealership.
By our return to the dealership it was nearly closing time but they didn’t mind staying open for us. After all the paperwork was finished they took us on a tour of the dealership and it was pretty awesome.
They offered us refreshments and the whole process only took 2 hours to complete.
Highly Highly recommended.

I just purchased a 2015 Cayenne Diesel from this store. My sales guide was David McCaig who was spot on in getting the exact car I was wanting. The whole process was so painless I would highly recommend them for all your automobile needs.

Porsche of Beachwood is the best place to buy a porsche, the workers there are friendly and the do every thing super fast. And thank to the amazing salesman Greg Castell he helped me to choose the right color for my Macan S. He showed me a lot of Cayenne interior and exterior colors that are similar to my future Macan, and when my Macan arrived it looked exactly like what I want. After that Greg helped me to find a good insurance and to buy some accessories.

The guys in the service department at Porsche of Beachwood are some of the best people I’ve *ever* met in the auto business. I was on a cross-​country road trip in a 996 that I had bought the day before, and on emerging from the hotel, saw some dust that could only be caused by the rear tires destroying themselves.
A quick search on Apple Maps and I found these guys closest to my route. I reached Walt on the call and he was very kind to search locally for tires. He found a couple that worked for my car and said to «come on in»!
When I arrived, I found an immaculate facility with lots of super friendly guys. They said I got lucky that the weather had been terrible and otherwise it might have been harder to fit me in, but Dave was able to do a four-​wheel alignment, fit new tires, and get the car washed by the rest of his crew in under a few hours. I got lunch at a great little place that Keith had recommended while waiting and it was a fun afternoon!
I was especially impressed that these guys have a relationship with their insurer whereby customers are encouraged to be around their car while it is being serviced. That shows how deep Porsche of Beachwood thinks and cares about their customers. In a day when most companies are happy to stick with the status quo and save a few bucks on their insurance premium, the PoB staff goes the extra mile to make it an experience rather than just an expense.
I can’t recommend these guys highly enough!

The best place in the tri state area to buy a Porsche.
I had been looking for a Porsche Cayenne S for a while. I found one at a used car lot but, it wasn’t maintained very well and needed some work. Then I found one I liked at Auto Palace Porsche in Pittsburgh but, it wasn’t the color and didn’t have all of the options I wanted.
While on a weekend trip to Cleveland I figured I would give Porsche of Beachwood a try since we were in the area at Beachwood Place Mall. I’m glad I did. Once I pulled up I was greeted by Rick Balas, one of the sales professionals and he was just that, very professional. He asked if my wife and daughter wanted to come on the test drive. They were to busy in the car playing on their phones to come. He even offered them hot chocolate and coffee as it was a very cold day. As Rick and I went on the test drive he told me all about the Cayenne’s service history and features and was very honest about everything.
Once we arrived back at the dealership I told him I was very interested and he gave me a print out of what the vehicle would cost and his business card. Rick didn’t pressure me at all! I then went on my way. Three days later I decided to purchase the vehicle. I let Rick know that I would be there Saturday to pick it up. He had it cleaned up and had the front bumper touched up were some paint was missing and even threw in a new set of summer and winter floor mats for free!
Phil Snyder, the Sales and Finance Manager had all of my paperwork ready and made buying my Cayenne a breeze.
Once the paperwork was all done Rick took me out to the truck and showed me how to operate the radio and navigation system and answered all of my questions then sent me on my way. I have been smiling ever since.
This is my first Porsche and I love it. I will be keeping it for a long time which is a shame as I won’t be going back to see Rick for any new Porsches anytime soon. Time to talk the wife into getting a Porsche Panamera!
