I scheduled an appointment and went through a lot of trouble to keep it particularly that day. I managed to arrive 10 minutes early like they asked and was instructed to wait in one of the treatment rooms.
The owner walked in 25 minutes later and asked me what I wanted to do. I assumed she meant where she should focus her efforts and started describing the horrible pain in my neck and how I had trouble moving it. She looked at me and said Oh… so I’m running behind today and cant see you. I said What! Are you serious? You’re making me leave without a massage and she said she would reschedule me for another time.
I explained that I had gone through a lot of trouble to make it in that day and she didn’t seem focused on doing the right thing at all. Just getting me out of the office so her day could be better. I get massages due to an injury in my neck every two-​three weeks and I have never experienced this level of disregard from a medical masseuse. I’m very disappointed.

Very professional, knowledgable and accommodating. I have been a loyal customer for the past 6 months. Always satisfied! Hot stone massage is the best. Only con is that it can be difficult to schedule an appointment but worth the struggle.
