I’ve been going to Studio MZ for years. I don’t even live in Cleveland anymore, but every time I stray from MZ, I’m disappointed. Recently, I had a horribly botched color done at a salon where I live. I asked for «sunkissed» complete with a photo of what I was going for and got tiger + yorkshire terrier (black on top, orange/​gold on the bottom).
Kim O. spent the better part of an afternoon fixing my hair. After a bleaching shampoo, highlights, and a toner, my hair not only looks presentable, but it looks GOOD. I’m no longer embarrassed to go out in public. In fact, I can’t wait to show off my new color when I see some friends later today. Kudos, Kim!
I’ve never had a bad experience at MZ (including the aesthetics side and the nail room). Highly recommended!

Everything about Studio MZ is spot on Perfect! ~ The hair colorists, stylists and nail techs are knowledgeable, professional and up to the minute current. And everything from the atmosphere to the carefully chosen products are the best. Everyone that works here is incredibly talented, conscientious, caring and ON TIME… something often difficult to find in this industry. I share my time between Manhattan (yes I have high expectations:) and Cleveland. When I’m in Cleveland you’ll find me at Studio MZ!

Not so much.
I was in town here for the weekend and had multiple services at this «studio» and was none too impressed. The prices were really reasonable, except for the $ 30 charge to do just a color change on my toes???, but the service was pretty mediocre and I would have much rather paid more to have a pleasant experience. I live in Chicago and have been able to visit a lot of upscale salons, so the diva behavior displayed by the ladies working at this place, tucked in a strip mall in a suburb of Cleveland was actually quite comical! Not sure where it comes from, but your services are sure to be provided with a side of attitude.
