History

Established in 1994.

The Furniture Solution is a family owned business, started by Bob and Janice Cohen. The Cohen’s vision for what a furniture store should be comes from many long years of trade experience. Bob is a third generation family member to be involved in the furniture business. Janice closed her interior design firm to incorporate her time into their joint venture.

Bob Cohen was born and raised in Delaware. He grew up working in the warehouse of his family owned business, Ogden Howard. Following his graduation from the University of Delaware, Bob pursued his own career in furniture. Furniture is the business he knows and loves. His knowledge of business and furniture has kept his doors open threw this difficult economy for 20 years.
