AC Propane sent me a bill from the previous owner after I lived in the current home for over 7 months. Then they added finance charges on top of it. They claim they filled the tank while I was living in this location but when I moved to the current location I specified only fill my tank «at will» (i.e., when requested). In light of this, I tried to get out of doing business with them and they would not sell me the tank. They are trying to hold me hostage to using them and I believe what they are doing is illegal.
