Beaumont RV

Been wanting to schedule some preventative roof maintenance on the rig when we had a bit of surprise the day we went to take it in and noticed warping in our front cap. Guess we waited a bit too long and some moisture got in from the roof.
I had already scheduled a date for roof seal with Lisa who gave me an estimate before our discovery and was able to give me a revised quote now that we had some obvious damage needing repair.
Long story short, it took a bit longer than planned due to a problem with a third party during the holiday season, but they got her done right and for a fair price. Very, very happy with the service.

We recently purchased a pop up camper here. Andrew did our walk through and paper work. He’s been in the rv industry since he was young and is VERY knowledgable of the industry. If your looking for a rv go here. They are knowledgable with no added pressure!

Not a Happy Camper right now! Recently called to inquire if my flush ball gasket that fits into the toilet to hold water. I called several weeks ago and was told it was under warranty. I was given instruction on all the info required from a gal at Beaumont RV in order to get the replacement part. I emailed it to her several times. When I called her to follow-​up she said she didn’t get the email, then while on the phone she found it in her spam folder. I’ve been waiting to hear from her since 4÷21÷15 and still no response. This morning I called the Toilet manufacture directly and they are sending out the part today. I was told I would have it tomorrow. Seriously? A 5 minute phone call. It took longer for me to send the Beaumont RV gal the photos of what the toilet part was. This is not the first time I have felt the run-​around by Beaumont RV. We returned from a 5000 mile road trip last summer 2014 with our 2015 ECON trailer, we had several warranty issues like a leaking window, broken sink pipe, popped out screws, propane tank holder gone (flew off in pieces with the tanks dangling driving 55 on the 15 hwy.) Beaumont delayed the coordination of the repair appointment and eventually we went straight to the manufacture in Perris, CA. There is something about the sleepy-​lazy attitude at Beaumont RV. I can’t quite put my finger on it but, definitely would not recommend buying from here. (2 stars because, I love my trailer but, you can get it elsewhere.)

He has been in the Industry for many many years and is full of knowledge. I shopped thoroughly in San Bernardino and Riverside County for a Travel Trailer. I knew what type and style I wanted and I was close to making a deal at another dealer. After an exhausted day of shopping in the local area, I went to Beaumont RV and met Glenn.
He (Glen) was so helpful and spent time to ask me questions about what my needs were. (unlike other places that just wanted to show me what they wanted to sell)
I had a trade in and they offered me a very good trade in allowance. After looking at several trailers that met our (wife and I) wants and needs, we left to give it some serious thought. After making a Pros and Cons list, we determined that the price of the trailer (lower that other dealers), the great trade in allowance, and great customer service, we knew that the decision to close a deal with Beaumont RV was the right thing to do.
I took delivery on Sunday 6−29−14 and I have to give a Big Shout Out to Andrew and his associate (did not get his name) in the service department. Andrew and associate are some of the most courteous and knowledgeable you could encounter. I did a walk through of the trailer (2014 Panther 24IKS) and all connections, appliances, etc were thoroughly pointed out about their operation and functions. We discovered a few minor items and they were corrected immediately.
I drove our with my new trailer and went straight home to show it off to the neighborhood .Cant wait for my 1^st outing with my new trailer.
In Summary, I Highly Recommend Beaumont RV for your RV needs.

Just left Beaumont RV and so excited we signed off on the purchase of a Palomino 30ft Puma. I must say Glenn worked really hard on giving us more than a fair deal. And Greg the sales rep was very kind and really knowledgeable. We have done a lot of shopping and spent a lot of time at RV dealerships and we just hated the customer services everywhere else. When my husband and I saw the Unilocal reviews we figured we give them a shot since they had a trailer we seemed to like off their website. And in the end we can honestly say that Glenn and his team really care about their customers. We will be picking up the trailer in a couple of days and when I get a chance I’ll let you know about their service department. Any one out there looking for an RV or trailer save your time and money and go out and see these guys. You won’t be disappointed.

It was time for a new RV and we knew exactly what we wanted. Glen and Jim were easy going and very informational. I didnt feel like I was at a used car dealership. Basically the facts are the facts with these guys! Found us exactly what we wanted and then finance time. Needless to say, our credit wasnt what we wished it would have been but, Glen found a way to push it through. Skills! No one else could do it and Glen came through for us. Very next weekend our family was out riding in our new trailer! He told us we could Re-​fi down the line and get a better rate because our credit wasnt golden at that point. Less than a year later that is exactly what we did. Beaumont RV rocks! Thanks Guys. We couldnt have done it without you!

Service department?
I can’t say enough about how Lisa and Eddie are there to handle everything from what’s that noise (if it ever happens) to can you install this at a reasonable price.
YES! THEY CAN!
Quite a few RV’s these days for some odd reason, aren’t directly wired for satellite TV, only cable. there’s a bit of difference in the way things need to be connected in order to get satellite. I had this issue on my new 2012 purchase. The manufacturer like many others, even more expensive rigs, simply didn’t have the rig wired or connected for SAT. Eddie was able to rectify the situation with the greatest of ease. Oh, and I still get to watch digital air TV when I so desire (not that I ever would again).
Don’t forget to ask about RV storage. They do it all!
