Had a problem with my vehicle that needed diagnosed. Told me both front calipers were seized and needed replaced, left front inner and outer tie rods, two tires and an alignment. I found this odd because I am familiar with calipers and what happens to a vehicle when one fails, and I know how rare it is for one to seize, let alone two. Being suspicious, I had a second mechanic look at the vehicle. Both calipers are fine, and it only needs an inner tie rod on the RIGHT front wheel, two tires, front brakes/​rotors.
I took two things from this experience: 1) they failed to diagnose which tie rods needed replaced, and 2) they tried ripping me off by charging me for two calipers, when I didn’t even need one. Be cautious if you are considering this business. Since this happened to me, I have learned from two other people that they were almost ripped off, too.
Moral of the story: go to Uneeda Tire in Ellwood City. Same name but different owner, much better mechanics, and ethical.
