History

Established in 1951.

Wm Beck & Sons was started by William L and Carrie L Beck in May of 1951 selling farm equipment, parts service welding and exavating work. In the 1960’s William R, Doug, and Herb started working full time. Most of the farmers sold their land to developers for plats in a few years Wm Beck & Sons was selling more lawn mowers chain saws and working on mower small outdoor power equipment so they switched over to outdoor power equipment. Then in the 1970’s Judy and Rita came to work for William and Carrie now all their children were working for them

In 1974 Wm. Beck & Sons was incorporated as an Ohio corporation. Since the William L Beck passed away in March 14, 2007 he was 86 William R Beck has retired, Judy Beck Atkinson and Rita Beck Webster has retired.

Doug Beck and Herb Beck Now run the day to day operation. Carrie L. Beck still comes in to work every day she is in her middle 80’s. Wm. Beck & Sons Inc is still located at 1474 N Fairfield Rd in Beavercreek OH
