Established in 1985.

Since 1985, Hammond, Stier & Stadnicar, LLC has served the legal needs of Beavercreek, Xenia, Fairborn, Greene County and Dayton, Ohio. HS&S was established by Richard H. Hammond (February 27, 1943 — February 17, 2011) and Charles H. Stier. Joseph W. Stadnicar joined the firm in 1986. Mr. Stier concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate and business law. Joseph W. Stadnicar focuses his practice on personal injury, criminal defense, and general, business, and commercial litigation and trials. HS&S has continued to grow with the hiring of Associates Brian A. Kruse (DePaul Law 2004) and Wilmer J. Dechant, Jr. (Drake Law 1998). Also associated as «Of Counsel» with HS&S is Mark Edward Stone, an Ohio Certified Family Law Specialist.
