I have had a number of pieces framed here and they do a nice job. What I like most about this location, compared with other frame places is how patient they are, while still really affordable. The staff is happy to make suggestions if you need or want them and quick to notice when I am on a roll or headed along with an idea and just need to «explore» the options and colors. Recently, I worked with two different designers/staff and found them both to be consistent in that approach. The second time, the staff person started to direct me in one direction, and when I told her«not going that way,» she held back but still was very supportive and helpful when on another piece I was not sure which way to go. I like that kind of flexibility in service. The other aspect of Aaron Brothers is that they are almost always running some type of special. So, you can get good pricing. Sometimes their pricing is REALLY good. So, if you are not in a hurry, I suggest you ask if they know of any big sale coming up. Regarding the quality of the finished product, it is very good. I recently had a pieces I purchased somewhere else arrive(they had let me pick the framing and sent it fully framed). The corners were a mess! I had to send it back and ask them to redo it. Huge hassle.

I went here with my husband on Friday night, the kid that was helping us let us know that on Saturday they were having a scratch off sake. I went in today and got a scratch off ticket for an additional 40% off. I got the frames I wanted, the discounts on the frames stacked with the card I spent only 28 dollars, where the previous day I would have spent over 60. The frames are beautiful, they’re going to make a wonderful mother’s day perfect.

This review is for Aaron Brothers in Beaverton Town Square in Beaverton, OR. I have had 6 frames taken care of there. They did an excellent job, attention to detail, were all customer service friendly. One of the photos required unusually precise positioning to get it right and they got it just right. I took advantage of a great frame sale they have 2+ times a year so I’m feeling particularly good about that purchase. They had all the archival quality replacement parts I needed, too, UV protection and ultra-clear glass, archival backing, archival matte. The store itself is bright and browsing friendly, well-staffed at the three times I visited them this week. I am not that experienced shopping for frames so I don’t know how their selection compares to other frame shops in terms of quality, size, or variety. I highly recommend this store for the customer service, staff knowledge, and product selection.

Went in today to get five pieces framed(a diploma and four art prints), and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The frames look fantastic, and Justin provided absolutely fantastic customer service at every step. He made sure that I knew all of my options, but never pressured me to buy anything I wasn’t interested in. I’ll definitely be back for any future framing needs!

I stopped by and had these nice folks frame a photo of my Doggie. The girls that work there are so nice, helpful and saved me a bunch of money by bundling my frame job. I bought a frame, matting, special non fade glass and with the cost of their labor was around $ 80.00, much better than my last frame job whom I used an independent Frame Shop in my Neighborhood. The place is airy and bright and has every frame you can imagine. My only disappointment is that it took so long to get it done. I stupidly thought they would put the whole thing together on the spot, it was something I could have easily done myself in about 10 minutes, but I am lazy so I paid them to do it. I dropped it off on Monday and was able to pick it up on Thursday afternoon. How long does it take? Secondly my very picky husband noticed that there were some dings and abrasions on the frame itself and some greasy fingerprints on the glass, aside from that, I would certainly use them again.

This is generally my first stop if I’m in need of any framing or photo albums. They have really helpful staff/framers who provide excellent custom framing(which is expensive everywhere you’ll go) — they are experienced and can help ensure you’ll be happy with the end result. Be sure to hit their framing sale which happens once or twice a year since the extra 25% off deal will save you a lot of money! There is also a HUGE selection of frames and matting so you can get what you may need for your pictures/photos as a MUCH cheaper price. This is also where I go for photo boxes to store my photos and for the best selection of photo albums. The albums are more expensive than at Target, but the selection is bigger and of a higher quality. So, if you have a few photos and you’ve been meaning to find the perfect frames or if you need some art custom-framed, then check this place out.
