Bruce Anderson, President of Anderson Towing & Recovery, Inc., had a life long dream to be the owner of his very own premier towing company. After 32 years of experience in the towing industry, Bruce saw the potential for his dream to become a reality in 1995. Bruce began solely on his own with three trucks (as seen above). With the mission to «BE OUR BEST» Anderson Towing expanded quickly as it experienced rapid growth. Today Anderson Towing and Recovery operates under the same standards that the company was originally founded on. After I called Roadside assistance for a tow, I was given a 90 min eta. Long story short, I was lied to by the first tow company. I cancelled and resubmitted the request through Roadside assistance. I received a call from Anderson Towing within 2 minutes. They gave me an eta of 20 – 30 min. They wee there in 20. Equipment is top notch and the driver was curteous and professional. I highly recommend you ask for Anderson when using Roadside assistance.

After my car got super hot on a way to a farm, I needed a tow to see what was up with my cooling system. The friend who was with me and I patiently waited for the tow truck and within an hour he arrived.
My friend and I were lucky enough to get Harvey, a driver who had recently transferred to the company, although he had years of experience. He expressed his appreciation to the company and feels very happy to be with Anderson and loves the truck he gets to drive. He was also just super friendly and made the drive to Firestone an enjoyable one.
Both my friend and I thought his service was exceptional and that he just has the type of personality that is great for customer service.

Anderson towing was prompt and very professional. They were at my place within 15 minutes and were able to tow our lowered car with no issues– which we can’t say for our previous towing experience! The driver even gave us some quick and easy suggestions on how we can fix from issues we’ve had with the bumper for a cheap but effective fix! We were very impressed and I’m going to request Anderson through my Geico every time from now on! Great business
