Every time I go here they are out of everything… I understand on maybe an über hot day but no, they are out of freaking everything on normal days. The staff is also far from friendly and mega slow. They have a drive thru… my suggestion is drive past… Grab some Jamba Juice next door, get a frosty at Wendy’s or drive further to Dairyqueen. This is the worst Baskin Robbins location and apparently they have no ice cream so don’t bother…

Sitting in here tonight wishing we had gone to DQ. Walk in my 6yr old says she needs the restroom. I was told by the girl behind the counter they don’t have restrooms. When questioned about the requirements of restrooms she said they have them but for employees only. She pointed us to subway or other places around. So we went to subway their bathroom was out of order. Anyway we found a bathroom. When we returned to get ice cream the same girl was eating behind the counter. Not professional at all. The male who was working with her asked what we wanted. So we started to order. The guy did not like his job and it was obvious in his attitude. No smile so thank you… nothing. He came out to clean the tables slamming chairs in their place. Next time it DQ.

Terrible service!!! We walked in and there were 3 employees serving two guys. We were completely ignored, waited for 10+ minutes, and another family walks in and gets served right away!!!
It just blows my mind!
We just left, cause they’re unworthy of our money.

EMPLOYEES ARE SUPER NICE AND FRIENDLY! I didnt go in for ice cream because i am poor and can’t afford such luxuries, I went to invite them into one of my jobs for a promotional event! But they still provided excellent service!

THEY DON’T TAKE GIFT CARDS. Nothin really special. Normal baskin Robbins thee have flavored you expect and ones you don’t. There are teens running the place so you can expect a variety of levels of service from awesome to «I don’t care you are not my parent». Mostly I wanted to tell people THEY DON’T TAKE GIFT CARDS.

Showed up on a Monday afternoon at about 2. They were out of the flavor of the month and out of dipped waffle cones. I asked the older woman behind the counter if she could make one and she refused. «I’d have to get out the chocolate and stuff.» So I got my ice cream in a standard cone. Oh well. Then my wife told the woman that she had a birthday coupon for a free scoop. The woman handed her the cone and my wife handed over her iPhone with the coupon on it. The woman said that the coupon was only good for a kid’s scoop. My wife said, «Can I just upgrade?» The woman said no, that wasn’t possible and took the cone out of my wife’s hand. She then took her scoop to it and removed ice cream from my wife’s cone. We were flabbergasted. I paid and told the woman that we always tip at Baskin-​Robbins but wouldn’t be tipping today. She said that was fine.

We frequent this place often enough and have never been disappointed. It’s no Cool Moon (our favorite place) but it is good and the service is excellent! Our daughter had her first cone there and the kids scoop they gave her was bigger than my single scoop! There is a drive through which is pretty awesome when we want something and don’t want our little girl to know :)

This is the best place in town
They have the best Chocolate Peanut butter ice cream, when you have a scoop of that along side a scoop of apple cinnamon crunch and pumpkin you are in ice –cream heaven. The owner of the shop is Paul, he is great friend of ours and he really has the best staff at any location we have ever gone to, the girls are all so nice and they know who we are when we walk in the door.

I happened to be at Ulta today and Baskin Robbins caught my eye on my way out of the parking lot. I decided to treat myself. I have always been a fan of the Jamocha Almond Fudge, thus that is all I ever get. I am not a huge fan of sweets, but man that shiznit is good.
As a bonus you don’t even need to get your fat ass out of the car, it has a DRIVE THRU. It appealed to me today, I was grumpy.
The gal who was manning the drive thru was super nice and gave my dog two treats since she got screwed out of a treat at the bank earlier today. My dumb bank does not have dog treats, ridiculous!
Great location, great ice cream and a drive thru, what is not to love! I enjoyed my scoop and the dog got the bottom part of the cone, we were both happy,

I do not eat sugar often… but when I do I want something that is wonderful. I came in here one night with a friend. first off yay for late hours during warm weather… lol.
Second the girl was absolutely loving the fact that I had not been in an ice cream parlor since I was a kid and was all sorts of in awe over all the different things. She let me try several samples of the ice cream and finally made my decision. It is a great place and it has a drive thru… IT HAS A DRIVE THRU… DRIVE THRU ICE CREAM CONES!!!

So we were given a Gift Card from a friend of ours a few months ago for this Baskin Robbins only and decided to use it for my sons birthday (he loves Ice Cream Cakes). Well my son and I get there all excited about getting one before we get to the party. I get up to the cash register to ask how much is on the gift card and she informs me that she’s never seen one of these before and that the business has a new owner and she has to call the owner who then has no idea what she’s talking about and don’t know what to do, I suggested they call the old owner and figure it out, but she didn’t want to take it any further. It’s to bad that we let anyone have a business as long as they have money to buy it. Oh and by the way, thanks for ruining our day!

It’s undeniable that the ice cream here is delicious and shit there is 31 flavors to choose from. However it’s also undeniable that this place is outrageously expensive! Keep driving down the Cedar Hills Blvd less then one min and you can get a scoop for at Rite Aide for a little over a dollar.
Luckily for us cheap-​skates they have $ 1.50 scoop night on Tuesdays! I’m a regular. Lately I’ve been getting this peanut brittle crunch flavor which is awesome! Pretty much every time I go in I ask to sample something and they’re cool with that — god bless um’. Any other day of the week I would stay away but Tuesdays. oh lovely Tuesdays I’m there!

An ice cream store with a drive through?! Sweet!
Didn’t like the single scoop cup though, too tiny, like a ½ scoop would fit in there.
The teenagers behind the counter were a bit confused but were really giving it there all.
What can I say, I love ice cream and this place has it. Yummmmy.
