I live in San Diego and I wanted to send my mother flowers or a plant or something of the two to her office in Beaverton so I used this place because it was close to her and had good reviews. My order was placed online, always convenient, and the ordering process was very easy. The images where very helpful in making a selection and I love that they have a great variety of flowers, plants or something of the two! Her plant/​flowers were delivered right on time — even earlier than I had hoped! :) Price seemed more than fair for the actual delivered product, I think what she got was even nicer than the example photo! I’m very happy — my mom is thrilled! Thanks again!

When looking for flowers for my daughters wedding I heard great things about Beaverton Florist but wasn’t sure. The pricing seemed a little high but after checking around they were right in line with others. We gave them some directions and they gave us some suggestions but I must say the end results were AMAZING! Their flowers were one of my favorite things at the wedding. I think they are missing an opportunity by not having photos of their work available in the shop. They will now be my «go-​to» florist.

I came in looking for a flower arrangement for my mom. I didn’t see anything already made that I wanted. so they offered to put an arrangement together for me. I gave them my price range and they put together a beautiful arrangement with a big Lily in the middle. the arrangement was beautiful and just perfect for my mom!

We live in Utah, and I phoned late on a Saturday to have a flowering plant delivered to an elderly aunt who was in a Beaverton nursing care facility following a car accident. I received friendly, helpful, service in selecting an appropriate item at a very reasonable price. The person who took my call personally delivered the plant that evening on her way home from work. Exceptional service. Thank you for the care you took with this order. It meant a lot.

I picked Beaverton Florists as they were right across the street from the funeral home I needed to send flowers to. I called and they were very helpful, I gave them a dollar amount and the bouquet that was made and send over for our grandfathers viewing was way more than I expected and was absolutely beautiful. Everyone said how beautiful it was and it helped brighten a sad day. Thank you Beaverton Florists.

Originally picked this florist based on their proximity to the recipient of the flower arrangement. Generally don’t like the «little old lady» arrangements of most florists and this florist advertised their share on their website. However, when I called they
patiently walked me through what was seasonally available and reviewed pricing.
Not inexpensive, but exactly what i was looking for! Very professional and they even sent me an email of the finished arrangement. Add me to the list of happy customers. See photo

Seriously? Baby’s breath? Can’t remember the last time I received a standard rose/baby’s breath bouquet. Maybe circa 1985. So ugly and boring. I asked my husband to never order from these folks again.

Horrible experience. Went today (Valentines Day) to pick up the roses that I had ordered days ago over the phone. I thought that the $ 109.00 dollar price tag was steep but then when I arrived I was able to see why. They had put them in a vase. I never asked for a vase. The lady at the register was rude telling me that I should have ordered my roses in January to get a better price. I don’t know how this place stays in business with the racket they are running. Be very careful when ordering, make sure you know all of your options. I think they know they deal mostly with men who are in a hurry and willing to just grab and go. I’m not one of those stupid men.

The service here is wonderful, I’ve used them for most if not all of my floral needs for just under 10 years now. People are always nice and willing to help me. I usually browse online, but come in to the store to order what I’ve settled on wanting — I like to hand write my cards versus sending something online that might be typed, or if written not by me. Don’t wanna chance it, I want the delivery to be personal.
On a couple of occasions, I came in with minimal concepts only and they have come up with essentially custom arrangements with no problem. This is especially important as though I am willing to pay a pretty penny for quality flowers — and have, on several occasions. However, I don’t always have those means so they come up with something that meets both my sentimental and financial needs.
The quality is there, they’ve never messed up a delivery, their e-​mail notifications are great, and you earn points with each purchase. I got to apply some of that cash to a recent purchase, which was pretty cool.
If you’re needing flowers in this area, this is THE place to go.

I have been looking for a florist in the area but never had a need to investigate or visit any, until I was invited to attend a dinner and wasn’t allowed to bring anything. The wife didn’t drink and the husband was fully stocked. So after consulting my consigliere (Mom) I settled on flowers.
Like any typical florist Beaverton Florists closes at 6pm and because I had 16 maybe 17 minutes to spare in Beaverton «traffic» I raced over and dove through the doors with minutes to spare. The customer service was tops! I was greeted by everyone and when I apologized for springing on them at the last minute I received a genuine «Its perfectly okay» in return.
You may be questioning my rating based on my pleasant experience but to be honest one thing really struck me as odd. 1. I was constantly asked «How much are you willing to spend?» in several different ways. «What’s your price range?» was another. The problem here is, though I understand it is important be more proactive and set the gauge for me. Provide a mental image of what you get for what price, which brings me to the second. 2. Price per value. I deal with florists often. Often in various cities, large cities, an in varying seasons. Off season I would not expect to pay prime season prices and receive a step above FTD quality arrangements. I was disappointed in the end result but understand my dismay could possibly be the result of my timing.
I will continue to give them my business because I appreciated the warmth of service and hope building a rapport will help turn things around.

I just called asking for a large order of balloons and the woman I spoke with went out of her way to help me by promising to do some research and follow up — even if it was just to refer me to another place — and did it with a smile.

I know Valentine’s Day is the busiest day for flowers every year, but there are a few things that are just unacceptable:
1) Make sure you deliver the flowers to the correct address. We are very lucky that we have nice neighbors, because otherwise we would have not received the arrangement my husband ordered for me.
2) Throwing a bunch of stuff into a vase and then delivering it with broken flowers will never make you look good, even if you handle the replacement well.
To that end, I was VERY impressed with how the handled replacing the less than stellar bouquet that I received for Valentine’s Day. It arrived and looked awful (see the pictures I posted). It wasn’t anything like what was pictured on the website, looked like they had just shoved the flowers into the vase with no care for the appearance, they were already starting to die, and 2 of the carnations were broken. When you pay $ 65 for flowers, you just expect better than that.
My husband called and spoke to someone about it. They were very apologetic and offered to get them replace right away. Since we were going out of town, they even offered to wait until Friday to deliver them.
The replacement we received was beautiful. They looked great and much more similar to what we expected. Oh, and they took the time to call and make sure we had received them and were happy with them. Bonus points!
So minus one star for delivering the horrible looking flowers in the first place (seriously, who thought that was okay) but 4 stars overall for the way they handled the replacement and the beautiful arrangement that arrived at my door today. We will definitely give them a second chance in the future.

I know this is horribly cliché to say, but honestly, if I could give Beaverton Florists a negative amount of stars, I would! I went in this morning, to order an elegant/​romantic arrangement for my wife for our 2 year anniversary. I picked a beautiful one out of the book that they had, and was told it would only be 15 minutes for them to make it. The receptionist brought the picture over to the florist to show her what I wanted, and instead of acknowledging her or myself, she said «I have to take this call,» and started talking on the phone. I decided to just be patient and wait for her to finish, but little did I know that she would be on that damn phone for over fifteen minutes. (she was still on it when I chose to leave)
After the receptionist could see that I was getting a little bit inpatient, she showed the other florist who was in the back what I wanted and made sure to tell her that I had been waiting for over 20 minutes now, and that my arrangement had not even been started. That florist then said to the receptionist «We don’t have any roses. She will have to pick something else.» Well, the thing is, I didn’t want anything else. I came in with what I wanted in mind, and with the proper amount of money to pay for it. (a 75 dollar arrangement) Although I was pretty angry, I politely asked if they by any chance knew of another local florist that I could go to that would have roses. The receptionist turned to the florist and asked her, and she looked at me and gave me a horribly dirty look and said, «Um, NO!» It was extremely rude and unprofessional, and definitely not a way to treat a customer.
I will be sure to tell ALL of my family and friends to steer clear of this florist due to their horrible customer service.

I’ve used them in the past and have had a positive experience, but today just ruined all the positive… I pre-​ordered yesterday for a floral delivery with a card and a balloon for delivery on Wednesday Sept 21 (ordered online and called them to confirm the details on Monday). Found out today they they delivered the flowers with no card and no balloon today. Completely ruined the surprise and my friend didnt even know who the flowers were from (no card). She had to post on facebook to find out. All Beaverton Florist would say is «Sorry Dear. We’ll deliver the card and balloon». Sorry is not enough! Incompetence is unacceptable!!!

I have been using Beaverton Florists for my flower needs for more than two decades. It has been several years since I had any need for flowers but being too sick to either purchase a card or a gift for my Sisters birthday I decided to send her flowers.
I had forgotten how expensive it is to send flowers, wow! I perused their website and settled on the KPAM Arrangement it was reasonably priced and a big and very pretty arrangement. The arrangement was $ 39.00 and with fees and delivery came out to I believe $ 51.00 which seemed like an OK price.
They wanted my email address so they could email me upon delivery. I got a nice email indicating my order was received and a very upbeat email letting me know exactly when it was delivered.
My Sister called me within 10 minutes to thank me, she said the arrangement was soo beautiful and it had been many years since she had anyone send her flowers. She was thrilled and so was .

Ordered 2 different arrangements from here, unfortunately the flowers were not in the best of condition. A tad haggard and rough around the edges. I had hoped to give my mom a lovely arrangement, but it looks as though I will need to redo the whole thing myself now.
