I emailed graphics I needed printed on 2 sweatshirts and got a response in less than 12 hours with 3 options to choose from… fast replies to all of my emails and my sweatshirts are ready within 48 hours of first contact. I have used this printer 2x, and both experiences were fast, easy and reasonably priced. They are responsive to unique print ideas and ready to help. I created a custom company logo and they had printed on baby onsies for coworker baby gifts — Turned out super cute!
When I say fast, I mean email the graphic to them at 10am and pick up the shirt at 2pm same day!
They also came in handy for my friend who could not find a specific character t-​shirt in time for Halloween, they printed one the same day and we could complete our couples costume!

The service I received at Big Frog was awesome. I had a limited time to order and design some t-​shirts and the staff at Big Frog went above and beyond to make sure I received my product in time. The shirts turned out great!

Love my shirt I had done for Father’s Day. The price was steep for 1 shirt but not bad at all if your buying 10+. The quality was great (they did it in vinyl). He did say there may be some peeling and he told me how to fix it if it happens. I am much happier he told me up front and I don’t have to call back mad in a couple weeks. I would rather know up front so I can avoid an issue. They were very nice and I will be back again soon. Though I with there show room had some cooler shirts to show the quality of there work!!! I would recommend this company!

I have had two positive experiences at Big Frog. I wanted to put my business logo on some exercise shirts that I already had and both Chad and Tyler were very helpful, polite and quick with turn around. Chad helped me with some changes to my logo so that I could use one or two vinyl colors and both times the shirts turned out gorgeous, exactly as I had imagined they would look. I will definitely use them again.

I used Big Frog t-​shirts for some shirts I needed made for school. The employees were all super helpful. I was surprised on how quickly they got the shirts made. The price was very reasonable and the shirts came out looking great!

I went to Big Frog to get my company logo printed on a few
t-​shirts and aprons. They suggested we get the vinyl print on our
aprons because the fabric was dark and they said it would show up
really good and clear. A few days later I got a call that our
shirts/​aprons were finished. When I went to pick up my items, I
noticed that two shirts looked great but the other two shirts that had
the vinyl logo did not look like my logo. All three of my aprons were
not like the logo either. I didn’t noticed the deformity of the logo
until I got home, so at this point it was too late to let sales rep
know. My company name has three letter I’s and each dot of each ‘i’
were not circular. You may think, this is not a big deal, but when you
pay a lot of money in hope that the logo turns out perfect and it does
not, it’s very disappointing. We used very bold font so the ‘i’ are
very noticeable.
The next day I contacted the sales rep that helped create these
t-​shirts/​aprons and he said… in these exact words (via email) «With
our vinyl process, since it is not digital, certain fonts do not
transform over perfectly to the vinyl cutter» geez… that would have
been nice to know before permanently printing a logo that does not
look 100% like my company logo. He apologized and said I can bring
them back to the store and they will ‘try’ to fix them, however it is
not guarantee they will look better; he then said he would give me a
20% on my next purchase. THANK YOU… BUT NO THANKS! I think when it
comes to screen printing «their specialty» they should focus on
attention to detail and the bottom line is that they did NOT.
I gave them a ‘3’ not a 1 because they did get my shirts done fairly
quick and they were friendly. If you plan on NOT getting vinyl then
the printing looks good. I’m just disappointed with how they handled
our situation and did not even offer to refund us some money.

Used a Groupon. Service was excellent and my shirts turned out amazing! The prices were great and they completed it in one day all over email. They then followed up with a personal Thank You card with a 10% discount. I will definitely use them again. Thanks Ryan for a great job!
