Everything went great with our bouncehouse castle rental. He was on-​time, pleasant, set-​up and explained rules briefly, the bounce castle worked great, etc. And, I think the price is very good (I’ve paid more previously). I recommend this business!

This is the most affordable and prompt bounce house rental company I could find. John was prompt, professional, and very fast at set up and take down. Rented a bounce house for an Eid celebration and we were very glad we did! All the adults and kids had a blast, and for 8 hours were kept busy and outside. I would recommend him, his prices are competitive, (we used a Clippers Magazine coupon still a great deal w/​out) against the rest of the bounce house rentals, with delivery/​set up/​and take down you can’t beat the price and customer service :-)

We rented a bounce house for our son’s 3rd birthday party (which was being held on the 4th of July). Everything about the process was easy from asking questions and receiving quick responses, to arranging the rental and having it set up and taken down at our home. John was quick to respond and easy to work with to set everything up. My son LOVED the bounce house, as did the other dozen kids at the party. I would highly recommend BounceHouse NW to everyone and look forward to our next opportunity to rent a bounce house for our son.

Last minute request for our welcome baby shower on a busy weekend and John the owner came to my house Saturday morning (the day after I called to schedule) with two bouncy houses set them up in no time and with 20 kids showing up it was a sucess! The bouncy houses were new and in excellent contidion, he brough some cool designs to velcrow and overall made it a really good experience. He came to pick up the bouncy house a few hours after he said he would (I asked him to take his time if possible) and was quick and professional leaving.
Overall my experience exceeded my expectations. The equipement was very clean and safe. The level of professionalism from this one man show small buisness owner was more than the large company I called first that was based out of Idaho I think (the telephone sales woman was really rude) I highly highly highly recommend Bounce House NW
