The in store staff is great! The owner and his daughter are absolutely rude and horrible and treat their staff like crap.
I went to pick up some clothes and had some returned checks I wasn’t aware of, instead of just explaining what I owe, the owners daughter tried to hold my clothes which I had already paid cash for. She was very rude and unprofessional and when I was trying to figure out what I needed to pay, she kept hanging up on me and speaking very rude. The sweet lady in the store was able to figure it out and I paid in cash, but was flabbergasted at the unprofessional behavior of the owner and his «grown» daughter, and given I prepaid in cash they tried to hold onto my clothes and not return them. Not the way to handle an issue, nor embarrass someone in front of other customers. The owners are never there, they leave everything up to staff and run another location and are rude to their staff. When the lady in the store was trying to figure out with the owners daughter what I could do, she was rude to her. Price wise excellent, I’d pay more for an establishment that treats employees better. Their staff runs their business

I’ve come here a few times and have been pretty satisfied with the 1 – 2 day turn around and friendly staff. They fix buttons for $ 1 and charge $ 1.75 for shirts. It’s dry clean & press any garment for $ 3.15(no leather), and comforters any size $ 15. overall a good place to get your dry cleaning done.
