I get a kick out of reading my 1 star reviews every once in a while. And guess what! I have to share how the battle with Center Pointe ended. :)
About 2 months ago I was reviewing my credit report. I noticed that Center Pointe was listed as a negative account. Once again, the rage and frustration from 3 years ago resurfaced.
I disputed the negative account instantly. About 2 months after that, I called Center Pointe to re-​discuss this with them. The pulled up my records and proudly tooted their horns. YEP! You still owe us for breaking your lease. We had more back and forth until I said, SCREW IT!!! ***This conversation was UNDER THE NEW MANAGMEMENT***
I was irate and figured I would call the collection company and just pay the damn thing off since it was negatively impacting my credit report. I had my debit card ready to rock, when I received some of the best news I have ever received from a debt collection company. I OWED NOTHING. NADA! NATHANIEL! NARDICA!!!
They stated that when I disputed the charge, that Center Pointe COULD NOT PROVE that I owed them anything. What’s that? Can you repeat that into my good ear? CENTER POINTE COULD NOT PROVE THAT I OWED THEM ANYTHING!!!
Center Pointe, thank you for jacking up my credit for 3 years when it wasn’t even necessary.
I would like to bow out by tipping my hat, and flipping you off.

I would recommend Center Pointe Apartments to any friends or family that needs to live in the Beaverton area. I lived here for two years and enjoyed it very much. The only reason that I didn’t renew my lease was because I moved out of state. This complex is very dog friendly and socially friendly. The management and staff will always remember your name and waive to you, they even make your pets feel at home. My dog Lola would not let us walk by the leasing office without stopping in to say hi to the staff.
I was very fortunate to have a quiet apartment, on the second floor, and the windows faced trees. Very cute open floor plan 1 bdr apartment.
Give and take with any apartment building and management there are going to be a couple things here and there but nothing that would make me feel irate and not understand.
I enjoyed the gym and the pool quite a bit throughout the year. The Edge coffee shop is very close walking distance, banking right across the street, even a chiropractor and nail salon that I have gone to.
Short distance in Aloha is a big spacious dog park — hazeldale dog park to also take your dog to.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. Having recently been through a divorce, and not having lived in an apartment for over 25 years, living here feels literally to me like being on vacation. The ladies in the leasing office have been simply amazing to work with. They are sweet, knowledgable, and are always available to help with any questions or concerns. The maintenance is immediate, and just the few times I’ve needed anything done it’s always taken care of on the same day. The location is superb, with walking trails and nature areas surrounding the property. There is a nice workout room, a large pool with hot tub, and a coffee bar in the clubhouse too!
This place truly feels like home, and I feel fortunate to be part of the Center Pointe community.

We looked through quite a decent amount of apartments before my roommate and I decided on Center Pointe. We have a two bed, two bath, and the layout works really well for us. When I actually saw my room (the master) I was so impressed! We are on the top floor, with vaulted ceilings in the master and living room, which translated to a NINE FOOT tall window in my room– it’s magnificent. And huge. And wonderful.
The kitchen is great compared to most other apartments. Lots of storage and great counter space. The sink isn’t particularly deep, but it works. Well laid out kitchen though.
Fireplace is a plus, and the bathrooms are nice (both have tubs). The master bath even has a great linen closet. Sadly, there is no coat closet in our layout.
The apartments are really close to the MAX (4 minute walk for me), so it’s easy to get around. If you are in a pinch, and feeling brave, you can grab a few necessities at the scary, nearby K-​mart (they don’t play background music– one of the many things that makes it creepy).
Maintenance has been okay I guess– there have been a few mix ups, but we haven’t had to call them for anything but a clogged drain and broken fridge drawer.
Noise from surrounding apartments isn’t a huge issue in the apartments. You heard muffled noises around you occasionally, and might hear a door slam. We are on the top floor and haven’t had much problem with neighbors.
I do however, have 2 complaints, which largely line up with our particular apartment. We are on the side of the complex near Millikan, and we get a LOT of traffic noise. You wouldn’t believe how loud cars go by at 3am.
Another issue for our top floor apartment is the heat. While each room has it’s own heater, it gets COLD in the winter with the big windows. And it gets HOT in the summer. I hate to run up the energy bill with AC units, but it was necessary. Again though, these might have to do with our top floor apartment.
Overall, nice place to live, in a convenient location

reasons not liking this place and I will never choose this place again:
1. One of the staff is very cunning.
eg.She tells you rules and benefits, but she doesn’t tell you the full picture just to try to get you in.
2. Stickers: They don’t bend their rules. They just want to go by rules even though they have to violet your right and trample on you.

It’s been like… nearly a couple decades since I’ve lived in an apartment. Okay, maybe not THAT long, but pretty close. We’re currently at Centerpointe while our new home is being built. YEEHAW! Sorry for the outburst.
Centerpointe is, as I see it, perfectly fine living. We have a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath apartment that’s hovering around 1k square feet. It’s on the bottom floor, away from the sun, so it’ll be cool when it gets warm this summer. IF it ever gets warm this summer, jeezus. They allow month-​to-​month rental contracts with entirely reasonable rates, and they allow pets (with a monthly deposit). Plenty of parking, too, at least on our side of the building.
As D and A below pointed out, the maintenance staff deserves kudos for their speed and quality. Within 2 weeks we’ve had to contact them twice for 2 separate issues, and both issues were resolved within 1 business day after contacting them. Good stuff.
Consider Centerpointe if you’re looking for an apartment over on the west side of town!

Been living here for a while now… really don’t have too many complaints. No one has had their car broken into while I’ve been living there, at least not that I’ve heard of. The maintenance staff is very quick to fix any problems that may come up in your apartment. I like that it’s not assigned parking, but if you come back from a late night out, you may have to drive around to find a parking spot. The pool is way too small for an apartment complex of this size, and is usually packed out on the hot days. Staff at the office seems very friendly.
After our first year there, our rent went from $ 868 to $ 910 for a two bedroom. If they try to jack up the rent another $ 40 this year we are definitely moving. They don’t pay for water, sewer, or garbage so expect an additional $ 60-​$ 90 added to your rent each month for that. Overall a good place to stay, but be prepared for your rent to increase a lot each year.
