Cheri Frazell – Guild Mortgage Company

Cheri was recommended to me through my agent, Alicia Dart (I’ve posted a review for her as well). I had done research into the process (as I was a first time home owner) prior to buying, but it was all still over my head. Cheri really helped make sense of a complicated process.
During the first phone call she took the time to explain the entire process to me, and asked me some general questions about what I wanted to spend, my max mortgage payment per month, etc. I walked away from that call feeling confident about the lending process.
In the time leading up to the purchase, Cheri made sure to reply promptly when my realtor needed her to crunch numbers, or when I had questions. After finding the home I wanted to buy Cheri ran everything one more time to make sure I was getting the best rate.
I had a really good experience with her, and would work with her again when buying another home.

Wow! Cheri helped me from the very first thoughts of different mortgages to 7 months later… buying our house! My husband has owned 2 prior homes, yet this was my first home purchase. She spent AN HOUR on the phone with me, patiently explaining the entire mortgage process and a lot of options. Right then, I knew she was the broker for me! She was always available via phone or e-​mail and everyone in her office is extremely friendly and helpful.
Yes, I’m 100% glad we chose Cheri, I would choose her again for the next 10 houses we buy :). Also, I recommend her to anyone, whether this is your first home or your 10^th!

Cheri was great to work with. We have purchased several other homes over the years and have always gone directly to the bank. Now we know a broker is the way to go. She made the entire process seem less and easy. We will def recommend her to our family/​friends who are shopping around for a mortgage.

She was very responsive and organized and had the loan finalized several days early! We could have closed right then if it weren’t for a few outstanding repairs being done.
