Christmas Tree Market

For years I considered an artificial tree but never found any on display in the retail stores that looked good in my opinion. I came across the Christmas Tree Market website and was amazed at how much variety there is in artificial trees. I studied the many types and sizes and descriptions and finally made a choice. I ordered it on a Friday afternoon as standard delivery and it arrived on Monday morning! I purchased an Alberta Spruce Evergreen and it is beautiful! It looks so real! I got a plug in diffuser and put Sierra Pine essential oil in it so the house smells like having a real tree. People come into the house and compliment me on what a nice tree I got this year and they think I am joking when I say it is artificial. They don’t believe it until they touch it and get very close. The Christmas Tree Market has really done a great job as specialists in this market. I see why I couldn’t get a good tree by shopping the stores because they do not have the capability of displaying such a wide selection. The choices were many at the Christmas Tree Market and I am glad I took the time to make the right choice for my needs.

A well made true pencil tree with plenty of branching and lights. That is exactly what I got! So easy to assemble. The first year I’ve not had to wait around for my hubby to help. Great service as well. Super fast shipping! Wish all Internet orders were this easy!

They charged me for their defective product. I ordered a tree and the lights were defective when it arrived. I understand things fail, but they charged me a restocking fee for a product that didn’t work! In the end, I ended up paying them. #pissedwithnotree

Purchased an unlit 6.5 ft Kennedy during the pre-​Thanksgiving sale. I don’t know what all the negative fuss is about… it came in perfect condition-​no missing parts. It arrived 4 days after we ordered it online. Very pleased… although I wish we paid the extra $ 30 or so for the 7ft. It fits perfectly in our little condo. Highly recommend!
P. S. After tons of research, the Kennedy seems to appear on competitors sites under various names, but Christmas Tree Market offers the most competitive price. The next best thing to a Frontgate tree.

So far I have no tree and have been waiting 3 weeks for a solution. A package came very quickly after I ordered an «emerald tree,» but when it arrived I had three parts numbered 1, 3 and 3. No 2. Needless to say it did not go together. I called customer service and they told me to send a picture of what I had which I did straight away. All emails I have sent have been answered, but what I need is a tree for Christmas not a bunch of conciliatory emails. Be warned.
