This is the second time I have visited, and Josh has taken care of me extremely well. First time he sold me a like-new Dell premium laptop at way under retail. So I came back with a broken laptop, he quickly determined it would be an expensive repair so I scrapped it. I also brought my Dell tower which had multiple configuration errors that I could not figure out, he got it all resolved and installed a up to date video card that works with Windows 10, all in 30 minutes labor. Very impressed at his knowledge and speed. Highly recommended.

Josh at Computer Renaissance allowed me to put a custom-built Dell Computer on lay-away. He was understanding of my tough cash flow at the time. He was very knowledgeable and helpful — regarding everything — proper software, good antivirus etc. He also purchased my old Gateway desktop. I am very happy with my new computer. If you’re frustrated with the big computer retailers, this business is a great alternative.

We went to this place to fix an old computer. When trying to deterimine if it would be better to just get a new laptop, they lied in order to get money from us. They said the computer would work but after taking it home it was realized new parts were needed. If Randy had been honest to begin with we could have gotten a better computer and trashed the old one, but based on his lies we made a bad decision and wasted our money at this place. When I had a friend call him who knew more about computers than me I realized they had no shame taking advantage of me.
