It was nice today– milkshake weather. Usually it’s too cold for that, but after a long day of work and running errands it was necessary. With time and energy being short, we decided to stop on the way home. That meant our options were McDonald’s, Carl’s Jr, and JIB. JIB won. Kind of disappointed that it did. The milkshake itself was soupy, but not terribly. I imagine they were on milkshake overload today. What was less tolerable was the time for this little detour. 30 minutes! Of waiting! In line to order, and then once we were trapped by cars, in line to pay, and then to receive our treats. Interminable wait, with the engine running, and Pandora was having an all time low in terms of decent music. Not worth the trouble.

I usually like to give an old time favorite the benefit of the doubt and gave this place another shot after receiving poor service a month prior. Thinking, «maybe newbie called in that day and someone else had to pick up the slack.» Well, sadly I was mistaken. It seems as though this particular restaurant may be trying to capitalize on the slow food market. It took well over 20 mins for them to prepare our food. Thankfully, they gave me my milkshake to tide me over while I watched the one employee scurry around frantically between the counter and drive thru window. Maybe they need to hire more employees? Maybe whoever does the scheduling doesn’t anticipate the stress that multiple customers puts on some of their employees? What ever the case, its something they might want to look into. And to the Employee that was busting their ass trying to make it all happen… just breath, dude. And take it easy with the salt on those fries.

This is what I put on the survey. First off it was 6:28 am and the dine in was suppose to open at 6am. Doors where LOCKED kept knocking on the glass till the manager opened the doors. Very disappointed with the half ass apology. 2nd one of the employee was wearing a jacket when he was handling food HOWDISGUSTING. 3RDITTOOKALMOST20MINTOGETMYFOOD!!! WTF! 20MIN!!!

Been a while since I had been in the store. I usually go through the drive thru. Nice remodel and very clean. Service was very friendly which is a plus at fast food places. Food was a little slow but at least you know it was not under a warmer.

Normally I don’t feel the need to review fast food places. Why? its fast food. You know what to expect. however this time, the service was so bad. 10 minutes in the drive thru??? on a Saturday? I have no idea what was going on, but they seemed understaffed and overwhelmed.

I had a great experience here tonight. We asked to substitute a spicy chicken for the grilled in one of our sandwiches. They had no problem making that happen. They first said we’d be charged a little extra then apologized for their mistake. It was gonna be the same price not more. We asked for extra condiments and he put in a BUNCH. We had to pull to the front because we had to wait a little for the spicy chicken but that was completely fine. Guy came out with the rest of our food and an extra burger for us having to wait. Thanks bud!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I’ve come through here on various occasions and I can think of at least 3 different times(months apart mind you) that I’ve come here just for their milkshakes, and the machine is broken. The guy in the drive through was pretty rude when I said I didn’t want anything else. Unfortunately I couldn’t leave the drive through as by this point there was a car behind me. If you are here at 2 am, and drunk leaving the bar, this might be perfect, but there’s nothing you could say that would make me eat here.

I will admit it… I am a JIB Taco Addict!!! I have been hooked on them for years and this will never change. Jack has been a loyal friend and an enemy of good nutrition for years. Some of the most clever marketing combined with many locations(except on the Oregon Coast — damn it!!!), decent prices, 24 hour service, & of course… the magical tacos!!! Happened to be in the vicinity and wanted my much needed taco fix and was almost in desperation. Service was fair, order was filled accurately, and tacos were amazing as they should be. Employees were pretty neutral, but I am there for tacos, not to socialize. Sadly, a few things were a bit problematic. Funky smell as you first walk in and approach the counter. It is very noticeable in a few spots of the restaurant. Almost a sewage /methane smell. Bathrooms were clean, but could have been better. Kitchen /food prep area was visibly clean and I saw hand-washing being done properly. Dining area was in need of a good sweeping, and the used, discarded, bloodied band aid on the floor was not the most appetizing thing to see. Iced tea is kept behind the counter, so refills are a pain, especially since our crew was hanging out a lot out of sight of the counter. Granted it was a slow time while we were there, but I don;t like having to summon Jack’s Minions to the front, especially when I am drinking copious amounts of tea to offset my copious amounts of taco sauce. Environmental Health Department Scores were good, so I am not that concerned. Of course, after my adventures in Portlandia, I had to pop back through the drive-thru for more taco reinforcements to have the next couple of days at my humble abode on the soggy coast. It is pretty damn sad, when a person has to ration tacos from a fast food place…

Absolutely horrible service. They do get two stars because the egg rolls are marginally redeeming. Went here around 10:30, dining room is closed, so we went to the drive-thru. Ordered combo X with X drink, combo Y with Y drink, 3 egg rolls, and 5 mini cookies. After I was finished, a 30 second pause, then he says, «wait, what was after the first one?» So I roll through the rest again. Should have taken the hint and left. Get to the window, pay, get two drinks. Wrong size. Oh well, not motivated to care. Waited for SEVEN minutes for the food. I realize it’s petty to complain about 7 minutes, but really? Maybe a heads up? Just seems pretty excessive for fast food drive thru. Never got a receipt. Biggest issue: the guy was sitting there texting THEWHOLETIME. No wonder he didn’t hear my order. No more late night drive thrus at this joint.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The service was terrible. They were only concerned with drive-thru. The order we got was wrong. My husband’s fries were old and cold, and I didn’t even get the right food. When I went back to get what I ordered it took another 10 minutes to get it. In that time, the guy who had ordered after me, also had gotten the wrong food. My food was gross. I felt like I wasted about 20 bucks on terrible service, gross food, and a mediocre egg nog shake. We went through the drive thru after we ate to order 2 tacos and see if the service was as bad through the drive thru and it was faster, but the food was low quality also. All in all this is the 3rd time I have tried at differetn times to make this work If they had been SLIGHTLY busy I would may have excused this but as it were it just isn’t worth trying anymore.

The service here is lousy. The food quality is hit or miss. Order accuracy is marginal, at best. Not so good, even for the price.

I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning from the sirloin cheeseburger I got here a few nights ago. Which sucks, because the curly fries were the best I’ve ever had. The funny part is that my boyfriend and I were arguing over getting Jack or Carls Jr. He said because of past experiences he refuses to go to Jack in the Box. So I got it and he got Carls Jr. instead. He felt fine. I did not. Blehhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

My wife and I come here often around 2:00am because the food is cheap, tastes good, and the late night crew is the best of the fast food joints in this area. You’ll typically see lines surrounding McDonalds and Burger King next door, but these guys move along pretty quick. There’s not much else to say; they’re open 24 hours, the location is clean, the people working the late shift are very friendly, and we have never had any problems eating here in the last 2+ years we’ve been coming.
