Lawn Master

So I looked on Unilocal for new lawn maintenance and I’m SO GLAD I did! Shawn was awesome with customer service & his team was awesome with their work!!! There is definitely a reason he has all 5 stars and I love supporting local business. Thanks Lawn Master!

Andy and his crew are the best! They have been taking care of our place all spring/​summer, and we couldn’t be happier. Very conscientious, do the «extra» things without asking. Full service, folks, if you need a service that is reasonably priced (sure, I guess you could get it cheaper, but…) and bulletproof, Andy is your guy. I travel for a living, and this is one thing I do not worry about while I am gone, nice to to have pride of ownership of my home, and I don’t have to do anything!

I called because my husband and I had just moved in to our new home, and the yard was VERY overgrown.
It was a jungle of grass, weeds and branches grown over walkways.
I had to play phone tag a bit, because Andy is pretty busy, but we did eventually make contact.
Andy came out very promptly to take stock of the work needed, and it was a very pleasant exchange. I got a good vibe, right from the get-​go.
I was in a bit of a rush, because mom was going to be visiting just two weeks after we arrived, and she has some pretty wicked allergies. I don’t, and even I was sneezing.
He emailed me with a reasonable quote later that same day.
After discussing with my husband, we asked Andy when the soonest he could come out to do the work would be, and he was able to schedule us for just a few days out.
When he arrived, it was just him and one other man. I thought it would take the two of them all day; but they were so adept, that it took only a couple of hours! And they did a REALLY GREAT JOB!
I love being able to walk all over my yard and I have been taking great pleasure looking at the beautiful job they did :-)

I appreciate the previous reviews of this company — they helped me in making my selection. I had a specific lawn need we couldn’t complete ourselves and Andy helped me think through what was needed to finish the job, he responded very quickly with a quote that met my budget, we scheduled the job and they met the commitment. Couldn’t have been a better experience and I love the work they did.

My fiancée’ and I recently purchased a home where the prior owners had let the lawn get completely overgrown to the point that I didn’t know if my lawn equipment could even handle it. I scheduled an appointment with Lawn Master and Shawn and crew showed up on schedule and dove right in. Shawn was friendly and knowledgeable about lawn care, he took the time to congratulate me on my first home purchase and walked me around the yard, pointing out issues and giving advice on how I could maintain my yard and help restore it. The work they did was fantastic, they mowed my lawn four times to get it to a manageable length, trimmed back a huge, drooping, overgrown snowball tree and hauled everything away for a price that was beyond reasonable. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know, and my realtor was so impressed with their service that she now uses them for herself and future clients as well. I’m beyond pleased with their work and can’t recommend them enough.

Fast, friendly, professional and affordable! I got two quotes and Lawn Master’s was almost ½ the price to clean up our back yard. The communication was great and they did an excellent job. Would absolutely use again and highly recommend!

Just completed a winter yard clean up (mowing, weeding, raking, shrub trimming) with Andy and am very pleased. After a quick initial phone call, Andy ran by the rental house to look at the job and produced a very fair estimate. We arranged to meet at the house, do a quick walk through before he started the work. Andy showed up exactly on time, we discussed the job, and I left. He completed the job that day and sent me an online invoice. I stopped back over to check on the work first, was completely pleased with the quality of his work, and paid the online invoice.
I will definitely use, and recommend, Lawn Masters again.

I was very impressed by Shawn and his crew. They came through and cleaned out my gutters, cut the lawn and gathered up leaves and debris. The job was done quickly and very well.
I also just went outside to put some covers on the outside faucets and noticed that they also took care of that, without me asking or them even pointing it out! They even wrapped some rags around them, just to be extra safe.
That’s impressive. They deserve your business.

I am very impressed by their prompt replies and quick turn around in service. Shawn and Andy do a great job and I find honest and reliable to work with. After they come, the yard is always neat and looks so great. The price is very reasonable for all their work. We have had monthly lawn maintenance and also special landscape projects which didn’t bust the budget or our wallets. I highly recommend them and trust their work!

I recently needed help in cleaning up my yard and having some lawn renovation work done. I came across the Lawn Master website online and submitted a request. They responded very quickly and came out to do an estimate. The price was fair and the follow through was excellent, they did great work and were very knowledgeable and courteous — very professional! They made the whole process very easy from start to finish, I was even able to pay online. I now have them do my yard maintenance every week. It is really a good value. We were so impressed with Lawn Master — I sent an email asking for a quote and got a super quick response. Andy showed up as promised ON TIME, gave us a reasonable qoute and then started right in. Our lawn is a beast — and they did a great job cleaning up the winter mess, mowing and weeding. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to others.

Dave from Lawn Master responded promptly to my call; he gave me a cleanup quote after stopping by the house that same day; he took care of my lawn within two days. Lawn Masters purchased another local lawn service company. I am very unhappy with there service and quality of work. Also unhappy they will not honor the prior agreement from the other company and charging far to much for really only mowing my yard. I would not recommend them to anyone. I have stopped using there service as well as my neighbor.

Knowledgeable, professional, accommodating. Lawn Master has done great work on our irrigation system plus they found the correct pump we needed in our 1000 gal pond, ordered it and installed it. The folks at Lawn Master do a fantastic job of keeping my yard looking good even in the wet Oregon winter months. But this week they did something that totally surprised and delighted me: several tree limbs had fallen onto my fence and property from a neighboring yard and the Lawn Master crew — without my saying a word — just took care of cutting up the limbs and hauling them away. FANTASTIC service from Dave and his crew. Thanks guys!
