Staff wasn’t rude but they looked like they hated their life. I work in the industry, just smile and work through it because you’re getting paid. Pizza didn’t have any flavor and wasn’t worth the money. The main reason I came was to play mini golf with my boyfriend for some fun after we spent the day at the river. I might be biased because I play college golf but that was the saddest putt putt I’ve ever seen. It was $ 5 a person and only nine holes. We recently moved to the area and wanted to try something new, my verdict is skip it. Save your money and go downtown, they have a mini glow course by PSU and it’s great. The kids aren’t the issue, none of them were too loud and their parents kept them in check.

Just had a 7th birthday party for my son and had a wonderful time. Great staff and they loved the laser tag! Thanks for a great afternoon!

This place is great! No it’s not an adult mini golf experience but who cares??? My eight year old loved it! Lots of games where they can earn tickets in leu plastic toys/crap. That’s the deal though and as parents we all know this. The pizza and service is great. The only problem is that my continues to harass me to go back.

Okay, the only reason I was here was for my nephews’ tenth B-day party at noon on a Sunday. It’s nothing like the other location. Hence, screaming kid’s running everywhere… Stop reproducing. It was amazingly fun, yet the kids! But, the KID’S.Kid’s everywhere… SCREAMING running rampant kids. *If you’ve got a hangover you’re going to mouth-puke… suck it up and… SCREAMINGKIDSECHOINGOFFTHEWALLS. I almost became, Helen Keller. *I loved Laser Tag, even though, I came in almost dead last!(remember your name off the back of the gun)! ***GOHERE: If you’re throwing a children’s party… I was only there for my nephew’s tenth B-day!!! *I was going to rate two stars, but thought a kid’s B-day party isn’t the time to complain about KID’S… BUT, OMG… SCREAMINGKIDS, RUNNINGAROUND W/OUT ANYBALANCE. FINALWORD: I LOVEDLASERTAG! *It’s Pietro’s Pizza &PIRATEADVENTURE for a reason. God the amount of screaming kids running rampant. The kids seemed to enjoy it, but f*ing christ the amount of screaming kids at noon on a Sunday… The next time I’ll take a rain check!

Pizza is amazing and the staff is great. I had a birthday party there today and even though there was a small issue worth the laser tag they more than made up for it. Did I mention they have the best taco pizza I’ve ever eaten? I would highly recommend them and Pam to go back many more times.

I was super stoked when a friend booked her party here a few months ago, because the place sounds like a lot of fun for all ages. Problem #1: When I arrived just a few fashionable minutes late, I was surprised to find my friends still waiting around the check in area because the table wasn’t ready. Twenty minutes after that, they hastily cleaned off some tables and showed us back to our area. Problem #2: Our area for about two dozen people was broke in half and separated by a six foot isle in the middle. Not a huge deal we thought at first. We figured we could always just push the tables together, right? No… apparently the isle there was a path from the kitchen to carry food. So they actually wanted half the party to sit 6 feet away from the food and birthday girl. Why not just put two of the smaller groups at these tables? It’s not like we didn’t have a reservation. This was booked months in advance. Problem 3: We went up to order pizza the second we got our table, by this time we were already really hungry due to the delays with the table. The pizza was made fairly quickly, especially considering that they were very busy, and two of the pizzas I were as ordered, however, the pizza for the birthday girl was made with the one item she is allergic too, and they left off the one item she specifically asked to have on it. All common ingredients, nothing special. I know it was loud in there, but that’s why I very carefully placed the order and had it repeated back to me to make sure it was understood since they don’t show what is ordered on the receipt. Problem 4: See the picture. It was actually worse than it looks in this shot. I don’t think any other description is necessary. So how could this experience possibly earn any stars? I’ll give them one star for service. In every interaction with an employee, and there were about a dozen, all of the employees I spoke with were calm, pleasant, and helpful, despite the chaotic environment and whatever the situation. Each did their best to fix whatever issue was at hand and apologized for those they could not. The other star is for the food. Pizza, breadsticks, and salad were all fantastic! I wish I lived nearby so I could go there more often.

My cousin and nieces(ages 6 and 9) came down to visit from Seattle and we wanted to take them somewhere kids-friendly for dinner. This place was a perfect choice for all of us(4 adults, 2 kids) with pizza, beer, games, black-light miniature golf, and laser tag. We played it all and we All had a blast! The breadsticks and Pietro’s Combo Pizza was pretty good. We sat inside a big pirate ship for dinner, argh!

Cass heard my husband and I were butting heads about crusts, and so when my husband showed up Cass informed him that she was sending him home with 2 pizzas, one classic crust, one pan crust. When my husband thanked her and asked why, Cass replied«I can imagine the dissapointment and would rather give you both styles than have her angry.» Later that day me and my husband went to Pietro’s in person to thank Cass. She smiled and immediately recognizedy husband, addressing me and saying«this must be the wife?». Cass, you’re amazing.

Come to just play some games cuz the pizza sucks! We ordered a large cheese pizza and it tasted like cardboard with cheap tomato paste. The cheese didn’t taste like cheese, it was mushy and wasn’t melted, just thrown in the middle of a puffy bubbly cardboard. And we ordered a pitcher of beer that was half foam, and then to be told we can only drink it at our table and not walk around with it. The tables were not bussed with plenty of workers just standing around drinking soda. I would not come back again.

The décor is cool. The food… not so much. Laser tag was fun and good value for the money.

Was treated very well by all staff. Party of 10 kids for less than $ 100 is always a plus! And all the activities a parent could ask for! Pizza is ALWAYS good. Skip Chuck E Cheese! Strong work, Pietros!

I’m so happy to have pietros in the area now! I have been a pietros customer my whole life and now that it is next to my work I am in heaven! The beaverton location has a very friendly staff that is quick with delivery and always happy to deliver to us. While I usually get dilelivery, I have eaten in the restaraunt twice since opening and I’m so impressed with the fun and inviting setting. It’s a great place to take the family because there is so many options for the kids. My families favorite is the laser tag but I was also very impressed with the mini golf! Definitely my favorite pizza place in the area especially with kids.

After a handful of return visits I need to subtract two full stars, for a variety of reasons. The pizza is just not good. They need to MIMIC the process over at the Milwaukie location(or use the traditional Pietro’s method of old), because this ain’t working. I’m just talking about my pizza, let alone what my wife experienced tonight. She ordered a small veggie, no cheese or mushrooms, add artichoke hearts and pineapple. Her pizza arrived WITH mushrooms, 2 pieces of artichoke and exactly one chunk of pineapple. On top of that, there were two pieces of sausage on her pizza. Ordinarily she’d pick off what she didn’t like and go with it, but this was beyond disappointing. She orders a replacement. After waiting an additional 15 minutes on top of the 40 we’d already waited(after being told 15 – 20 minutes) it arrives. Plenty of artichoke hearts and pineapple. And ANOTHER piece of sausage. We rolled with it because we wanted to get out of there. My pizza was just okay; again, nothing like the Pietro’s of old. The place is dirty. The salad bar is pathetic. Tables are continually dirty and un-bussed. We’re done with this location. The second star remains out of respect to the Pietro’s of yesteryear.

I am changing my review, I gave them some slack in the beginning, but the absolute inconsistency of the crust on these pizzas is driving me insane. I love cracker crust pizza. I used to drive to the Milwaukee location to get my fix and I was thrilled to find one was opening in my city. I have given them ten or so chances, and every single time I order the crust is different. I have called them to inquire if they have changed the way they make their crust and they have assured me they are doing it the same way as they always have. I had my regular order delivered and the crust was very uneven, thick in places and it was so bubbly it is impossible to get the sauce/cheese/toppings to stick. I pulled it apart and under the bubbling crust the dough was raw. I give up, I will drive to the Milwaukee location as it is evident the Beaverton location can’t seem to figure this out.

Came in on an empty Sunday night and ordered a kids’ pizza and a small vegetarian one for adults. Asked for half without cheese, regular crust. ALMOSTANHOURLATER we get a large veggie with cheese and the kid’d raggedy-looking, misshapen thing. They realized their mistake but didn’t tell us, we had to ask. We did get the large pie free but had to take it all to go. I don’t think the cool pirate ship is enough to tempt us bank when they are undoubtedly busier and, if possible, slower. I wish I could share how it tastes, but it’s been 56 minutes and I haven’t eaten a thing. When the small pie did arrive at 59 minutes, it was pretty and tasty. The kitchen chief was apparently on break when the mistake occurred. Still, it was a long wait with only bad mass-market iced tea to keep me occupied.

Took my 3yo nephew and his friend here earlier on a weekend day and we had the place mostly to ourselves. I wasn’t sure what to expect but they had fun just running around the place and not spending money since they don’t quite get how to play games yet. I think if we had come later it would have been a bit of a disaster with older kids around. This is definitely for older kids and not the littler ones. I probably won’t bring him back for another year or so when he can start to have the attention span of playing mini golf. However, as an adult, I would totally come back to play some mini golf and laser tag. Not the best food ever, but definitely a step up from chuck e cheese and the ilk. The pizza is fine and the salad bar had enough selection to keep me happy.

I came in for lunch and ordered the salad bar and breadsticks combo. The main salad is salad mix, nothing special. Everything else looked a little wilted, but edible. The frustrating part is that I got my salad, ate it and still waited another 7 minutes before my breadsticks came out… a half-hour in total. I had to get them to go because I had run out of lunch time. And they were NOT crowded(only 4 other tables besides me). A half hour for breadsticks? The further sad thing is that the breadsticks were so hard, the construction guys I work with didn’t even want to eat them… and they’ll eat anything. I won’t be going back.

Updating to say there are really 2 Pietro’s experiences. One, I had when I took my niece there — fun and games and good times. Two, I had last night when my fiancé and I stopped in for a bite. Not a single table that was not bussed or reserved for(or in use by) a kids’ party. Kids RUNNING through the dining area, screaming. They are having a good time but damn, we were not. At ALL. So loud, and kids run without any regard for other diners. We’ll be carry out or delivery customers only from here on out. Remember back in the day when restaurants had smoking and non-smoking sections? This place needs a family & parties section(which preferably would connect directly to the games area so kids aren’t running into adults waiting in line) and then also a quiet, sane, adults-only section. With sound-insulating walls. But the pizza… still my favorite. I can’t quit you, Pietro’s.

I was stoked about the fact that I found a new miniature golf location in the area… up until I reached Hole 9 and realized that it was the last hole in the course. The cost is $ 5 a person, which actually isn’t that reasonable considering the fact that you’re only getting 9 holes instead of the standard 18. They provide 3-D glasses at no extra charge. My boyfriend and I took one pair to share and checked out how to rooms looked — it was a neat effect, but 3-D gives me a headache, so I only took a quick glance at each of the rooms and then put them away. It’s a neat gimmick, but nothing much more than that. The course is glow in the dark, pirate themed. The decorations were actually really awesome. I loved the paintings on the walls along with all of the props. Some negatives — this course doesn’t include standard miniature golf rules printed on the scorecard, so you have to decide in advance on standard things like max putts and if you get a stroke penalty for hitting your ball out of the area. The latter is very applicable at this location due to the fact that I think almost every course had a low section of wall /missing wall as the major challenge. Another negative was that the sound was REALLYLOUD. I liked the ambiance noises /music, but they could have taken it down about five notches. Also, since this was right next to the arcade where a bunch of kids are essentially allowed to roam freely, we had a few kids just(rudely) walk through the miniature golf course while we were playing to check it out. Overall, the course was nice, but it was lacking a few key things. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, but it looked like a cute place(especially for kids). I really enjoyed that the counter where we purchased our mini golf was a tiny pirate ship. There was also another pirate ship with tables in the middle that you could eat at. The hostess stand was set up like a captain’s wheel. There was a laser tag area(did not check this out at all), and we walked through the arcade.
