Just waiting for an injection. I was told I would be in and out in ten minutes. Suiting at 51 minutes now and no injection in sight.
They have a small room with 6 chairs for patients to wait for their procedure and recover. It is way too small. There is a corner that had a shower curtain type rod where they had me change. It

I think there are probably some talented Doctors at PDX. Once you get to see them. The problem is first of all they don’t answer their phones. And the whole place seems like an assembly line. They call you back twice a day on their schedule, not on yours which makes me feel like a number, not a patient. I received a cortisone shot there and it was done well, but no one seemed to know anything about the X-​rays they ordered for my shoulder, during the procedure, for the procedure so odd.
Then for the follow up to my cortisone shot, a very kind young man tested my strength and found a lot of weakness. But when the attending women came in she was unwilling to test my strength, and when she finally did said «your fine I don’t know what to tell you, we could try another type of anti-​swelling procedures as a diagnosis tool, but your first ultra sound revealed only some swelling.» She never heard about the bruising the doctor mentioned on my bone from the ultra sound. I don’t know why my X-​rays were ordered and not looked at. I don’t know why all available information was not communicated. And I don’t know why as a follow up to the cortisone shot (they said was a diagnosis tool) that they charged me
another 134.00 for a ten minute follow up to a procedure, literally ten minutes of saying I don’t know what to tell you. Disappointed not a fan.

Dr. Desai did my imaging and PRP injection and Dr. Grimm did my blood work analysis. Awesome team of talented doctors and I heard they are adding new staff for even better service.

The whole staff at RestorePDX is very friendly and helpful.
Dr Wright is different than any other Doctor I’ve ever seen. Admittedly, I’ve not always taken the best care of myself. Her approach is one of patience and non-​judgment. She will listen to you and work with you to to find the approach that works best for you, which is something I’ve not always encountered with other doctors. I’m so appreciative to be able to work with her and get my health back so that I don’t become one of the pharmaceutical industry’s lifetime customers.
