Business Owner

Kevin Schriber, owner of ServiceMaster All Phase Restoration, began his career in 2001 as general manager of the All Phase franchise in San Diego, California. The franchise was founded in 1997 by Paul Berg, who had previous experience as a cabinet-​maker, a certified General Contractor, and the head of the construction division of another ServiceMaster franchise. After serving as general manager for several years, Kevin became a partner in 2009. During his time with All Phase in San Diego, Kevin saw significant growth and expansion, as the franchise now operates not only in San Diego, but also in El Centro (California) and Yuma (Arizona). In late 2014, Kevin was thrilled to return to his Oregon roots, and opened a franchise location in Beaverton, providing water and fire damage restoration services for Washington and Yamhill Counties. With a wide array of experience, expertise, certifications, and success in new ventures. Kevin was raised in Tillamook and graduated from Willamette U.

We received 4 bids for mold remediation and went with ServiceMaster because of their in-​depth and thoughtful proposal. Jake was amazing from day 1. He arrived early the first morning and immediately got to work. We had an unforeseen issue come up that put a delay on things and Jake was more than accommodating! He even came on the weekend to help us get the project finished on-​time. All along, he was so upfront and honest about the work. So honest that he even recommended against doing some work that turned out to be totally unnecessary — work that he could have easily told us we needed done and charged us for. That honesty, hard work and amazing customer service goes a long way. We’ll definitely use ServiceMaster All Phase Restoration again!
