My core areas of practice — criminal defense (all misdemeanors, drugs, DUI, Measure 11, and more), family law (divorce, custody, paternity, modifications, restraining orders and more), adoptions (step-​parent & relative), personal injury (auto accidents, major injury slip & falls), juvenile law (DHS matters and criminal charges) — are focused on helping people through hard times, one case at a time, one client at a time. I have built a strong reputation as the firm to go to for help.

Established in 2002.

Shelley Fuller is a solo practicing attorney. She primarily handles cases in Washington, Multnomah and Clackamas Counties, however she does venture into Columbia, Yamhill and other outlying counties as clients needs arise.

Shelley has been practicing law since graduating from Seattle University School of Law in 1998, cum laude. Prior to law school, she attended and graduated from the University of Wisconsin — Milwaukee with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Social Work and Criminal Justice.

Shelley has lived in the Pacific Northwest since attending law school and loves it here. Although she calls Oregon home, she remains and avid and loyal Green Bay Packer fan. She enjoys spending time with her daughter doing anything outdoorsy including hiking, fishing, and crabbing at the coast. Shelley has been fortunate enough to do some traveling over the past few years and has been to Mexico several times, Belize and took a day trip into Guatamala to see the Mayan ruins at Tikal.

Shelley’s law practice concentrates on criminal, juvenile, family law, adoptions and personal injury cases.

She is a member of the Family law section of the Oregon State Bar, Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and other county ones.
