Small Group Training (SGT) — series consisting of 8 different scheduled programs. A few of the signature sessions offered are KBX, a kettlebell exclusive 30 min session; SHRED, a 50 min boot camp that attacks all systems of the body; Booty Builders, 30min glute focused workout; Flow, 30min suspension yoga experience; Core, 30min mid section blaster; kid fit, 30min program teaching kids good form and function.
History
Established in 2010.
Small Group Training was established in 2010 by lead Trainer Scott Graham. It has recently been rebranded to the Workout Anytime name which has expanded the series of small group classes and specialty trainers offered.
Meet the Manager
Scott G.
Manager
Scott graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise and Sports Science. To better equip Scott for working with clients, he completed minors in Biology, psychology, and business. After graduating, Scott since has owned and operated Adrenaline Fitness and Fit Studios, worked for ClubSport Oregon, Legacy Health System, and WebMD where he has used his fitness and nutritional expertise to help participants achieve greater fitness and health goals both in clinical and club settings. These goals have ranged from weight loss, sports specific training, body sculpting, post-therapy rehab and cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation.
