Taco Time is the NW secret. Like In-n-Out is in California, we have TT. Their food is different from other fast food drive Mexican joint. All made fresh daily

I see these great reviews but unfortunately I don’t agree. Maybe I just had some bad luck. I did not get a chance to go in to the place because it was late at night and only the drive though was open. There were only 2 cars in front of me in the drive through and it took almost 30 min to get receive my food. And no I am not exagerating. This doesn’t seem like«fast» food to me… After waiting this long I finally got my food. I had only ordered 4 items but apparently they couldn’t get it right. They forgot to give me an item. At this point I had driven out and was fed up. I usually don’t eat fast food but I needed something quick. Instead of my go to Taco Bell I wanted to try a different place. I wanted something quick and apparently I chose the wrong place. Food isn’t even that great. Definitely not worth a 2nd chance.

Great people and service has kept this a Beaverton landmark but the good food keeps me coming back. I love the crispy original burrito-it’s a classic! Good breakfast burritos too btw!

Clean store, good service, good food the afternoon of August 9, 2015. Had a crispy meat burrito combo meal and husband had a burrito. All was hot and tasty – no complaints.

I took a friend to lunch and we ended up at Taco Time. The prices have gone WAYUP! We both had lunch combo meals and it came to over $ 17.50…and the food it not that great. For that price we could have gone to a actual restaurant and had a nice meal for that price.

For a quick dinner or lunch when you’re on the go, Taco Time does a good job. The prices have increased a bit over time, but when I dip into the bag in the car or at home, the food still tastes fresh and it is generally still warm. The staff is always pleasant and I have not been given the wrong order or been disappointed in quality for as long as I can remember. Fair value, decent food and good service. Hopefully in the future there will be a more adventurous menu, but it’s OK as is.

I try not to eat fast food, but on occasion I cave and get me some tacos! I have been going to this Taco Time for about 20 years and the same red headed skinny gal has worked there. They are consistent and they also have 100 health scores quite often. I am pretty boring and get the same things, deluxe ground beef tacos, stuffed mexi fries(cheese and jalapeño’s inside), crispy beef burrito and sometimes the crispy chicken. On occasion I get the meat/cheese/enchilada sauce burrito. I did recently try the new Taco Burger and it was OK, nothing special. They do have daily specials, however they are kind of expensive, which is ok with me, you pay for what you get. I have never been inside, so I can’t speak to that. The only thing keeping it from a 5 star is the shredded lettuce, it is from a bag and has that chemically taste that all bagged lettuces have. I cannot stand it, so I ask for my tacos with no lettuce. They are good and I highly recommend them!

We love our local Taco Time! The same people have worked here forever too and are super friendly. If you spend $ 20 they give you a bag of the sugar cinnamon crustos and they have a stamp card to get something free on your tenth visit. We do not eat here often but they are open pretty late for a drive through alternative to the other places.

Oh god! Why is this food so good? Why does it melt in my mouth? Why do I helplessly come back to it even if I’m broke? Hell if I know. The only complaint I have is that they have no sauces available in the dining area. You have to ask for more if they don’t give you enough. :(

Well, it has been 2 years since we had fast food and decided to try again. What a mistake that was. Walked in and was felt that we had intruded into an enemy zone. Jared behind the counter was extremely rude and we felt like we had inturupted his relaxing time instead of waiting on customers. Not only rude but no smile and then received the wrong order we discovered when we got home. No wonder they are closing all over town. If this is the way all of the employees treat customers we won’t be back for another 10 years, no not at all. No more fast food.

I love Taco Time! Their crispy burritos are the best! The chicken one is my favorite! I would give it 5 stars but prices have gone up and it’s kinda pricy for a fast food restaurant.

Taco Time is Taco Time, for the most part. It’s a chain, it’s consistent. Staff here is usually very friendly, the restaurant is usually very clean. It’s never overly busy, which is nice but also worrisome. Hope they do enough business to stay open.

I liked when there was a Taco Time in the Cedar Hills Mall. They made the Nacho Grande w/ground beef soooo good. I had a craving for nachos so I came all the way to Allen for it. I wants the biggest fan of how they made my nachos. It didn’t even look or taste like there were any ground beef in there. It taste like tortilla chips and bean dip w/tomatoes and onions. Not satisfied!

Way better than Taco Bell for sure! I used to come here a lot for lunch cause my grandma lived so close. The choices are better than Taco Bell, taste better, and are just as fast as any other fast food place. It’s actually the only somewhat bad for you fast food place I will eat at. They have never screwed up my oder, unlike Taco Bell, and I just trust the food way more. Better place to go.

Slightly better and more expensive than taco bell, I like coming to this place. The food its always fresh, the service is great. I always go for the cinnamon crustos… yum While I’ve visited here a few times and had at least reasonable service, today was a different story — the guy at the drive through window waited several minutes to even recognize me and then once he took my money, proceeded to take several other orders and let me chill until he was ready to hand me my food. I know this is a tough economy and that everyone is trying to control costs, but you gotta hire more folks Taco Time or I’m gonna stop wasting my time with you. by the way, the taco cheeseburger is amazing.

My mom used to take me and my sister to Taco Time for lunch everyday after swimming lessons. Every time I would get a soft flour taco and thought it was amazing. Today I went to Taco Time and got a soft flour taco and believe it or not, it hasn’t changed a bit since I was a kid. And although the taco hasn’t changed a bit, my taste in food definitely has over the years. Funny how things taste better when you are a kid, right? I’m not saying it was horrible, it just wasn’t amazing. In fact it was pretty bland. No flavor what-so-ever. I got my son a cheese quesadilla and it was the same, just bland. At least Taco Bell puts a little Baja sauce on their quesadillas to spice them up a bit. One thing this place has going for it though, is their stuffed Mexi-fries. They are the bomb! They are like cheesy, green chille filled tater tots you dip in Ranch dressing. Mmmmmm. One other thing I would recommend is their empanadas. Those are pretty tasty as well. And in the Fall they usually have pumpkin pie empanadas with whipped cream. Yeah, I’d go there just for those.

Pros: Crispy burritos, fresh to order, pretty cheap, yummy Cons: Eating everyday would be bad for my health Taco Time is awesome Mexican fast food. It beats the heck out of Taco Bell. The choices are all good, but the best thing on the menu is the crispy burritos. These things are addictive. They make the food fresh to order and it’s pretty cheap, and best of all, it’s yummy! I’m happy to be close to one. I’m missing In-N-Out since I left Cali, but Taco Time is a good substitute when I’m jonsing for some fast food.

This has to be the best taco time in the area. Yeah it’s not the best Mexican food but it’s hot and fresh and this store is very consistent. I really hate restaurants that can’t make a good meal twice in a row. This place has it down pat! If you need a quick meal on the go taco time on Allen is always a good choice.
