Timber Valley conveniently located close to me… that said… if I moved further away I would make my way back here. Great selection of tobacco products, including humidors. Best part of this experience is a lady named Deborah. She has been a consistent face of this business. She always offers a smile and a hello. On top of that… she is so knowledgeable about all their products. Her cigar knowledge is very impressive. This kind of great customer service keeps me coming back to Timber Valley Tobaccos! Thanks!

Been buying fine tobacco products from Timber Valley since it was in the Beaverton Mall. Greatest tabacco shop ever.
I used to shop here weekly, but I quit smoking cigarettes and moved away about 5 years ago. Hadn’t been in during my smoking hiatus but recently started pipe smoking and wanted to go check out their pipe tobaccos and Debbie recognized me after all that time.
There are tobacco shops in the Portland metro that have a larger selection if pipe stuff, but for cigars, I believe their selection is as good or better than any place else. Excellent selection of cigarettes too. Used this get all my Nat Sherman’s, Cool Waters, American Spirits, and hand-​rolling stuff from here.

Now THIS is a cigar store… literally! The whole store is 1 giant humidor and the selection of cigars is nothing short of phenomenal. You want a $ 20 stick? They got it! You want a $ 2.85 second that will knock your socks off? They got it! Fuentes, Cohiba, La Gloria, Rocky Patel, Punch, H Upmann, Romeo Y Julieta, Montecristo, they got ‘em all.
The ladies working the counter are great and they know their stuff when it comes to cigars. My new go to place for fine cigars.

I still love, love, love this store! I live in Vancouver Washington, not even the close 1 – 5 side but the further 205 side of Vancouver and I try to STILL shop here for my e-​juice. The customer service can’t be beat, and if you get the 30ml bottles the prices sure can’t be beat. I only wish they had one closer to my house.

As an ecig user I like this store. The staff there has always been great and very friendly. The only reason for the 4 star is specifically for lack of way to sample ecig flavors and their selection of accessories is a bit limited. They are a more traditional smoke shop and if I was a Cigar or Cigarette smoker (24 days tobacco free woot!) this shop would have it all. Again, customer service is great, prices are competitive. Get a way to taste eliquid flavors and it will be 5 stars for sure.

So I have never really been a big smoker. I was a newbie when I went in there. I spoke to a lady at the counter who was awesome! I think her name was Debbie? She helped me walk around and select the right cigars for me. I had thoughts and opinions about past cigars I smoked in Iraq, but I honestly had no idea what I had smoked. I spoke to her for a while and after about 15 minutes of my rambling questions she helped me select 4 very nice cigars from 4 different manufacturers. She showed me which ones sell, and which ones do not, she also showed me which ones she would have in stock again and which ones she would not. After I was done selecting, she threw in free matches and a decent tip cutter. I was very impressed. I will return absolutely. And I have recommended this place to others, at least 3 of my co-​workers and 2 of my friends.

Debbie is the best, she will actually take the time and walk around with you and help you find the right Cigar for you. In some cases she has first hand knowledge of some of them and can tell you about the taste. I only buy my Cigars here. Now if they just had a smoke room!!!

Great selection and service but be sure you patronize during the week. Debbie, the weekday manager is knowledgable and very helpful. The weekend guy, different story. He has horrible customer service skills and doesn’t know diddly squat about his product. Avoid the frustration this man will give you. Buy your goods during the week.

I don’t know one thing about tobacco, but I wanted to get a couple of items for a Christmas present. There were other stores closer to me, but the Unilocal ratings were so high for Timber Valley, I decided to make the extra effort. Like others, I was duly impressed with the customer service. I made it clear that I was exceedingly ignorant about everything in the store, and the lady who helped me pointed me in the right direction for everything. Great transaction. I don’t buy much in the way of tobacco products, but if I need to again, I’ll go here.

I love this place! I found it accidentally on my way home from work one night and I’ve been going back ever since. I was pleasantly surprised that the ENTIRE SHOP is a humidor. The staff remembers what I like, and their recommendations have been spot on when I want to try something new. These friendly folks know how to treat their customers right.

The staff is very friendly and accomodating. They answer questions effectively and are very knowledgable about the market. It is also helpful that they don’t try to push things because of profit — they help you find the best deal for what you’re looking for.
We have the smoke 51 electronic cigarette from them, and have had no issues with the product. It’s a great alternative to regular cigarettes, and Timber Valley Tobaccos is one of the only places that sells this brand. They are also quick to replace a battery or faulty cartridge for free, no questions asked.
Even though we don’t live in the area anymore, i won’t go anywhere else for my tobacco needs. They are just good people with good selection and good attitudes toward their customers.

AMAZING Place.
People here couldn’t be friendlier. I’ve been buying Cigars and smokes from Hugh (owner) for over 10 years. They used to be in the Beaverton Mall before they got booted over far less worthy stores like The Gap and Golf Galaxy. Shame.
Anyway, they have a SUPER nice blond lady who may be in her 30’s at most who is always OVERLY friendly.
They have some of the lowest prices in town, and they are a 100% locally owned and operated store.
I’ve never had anything but the best experience shopping at Timber valley and I could give you the names and numbers of about 50 other people who would say the exact same thing.

Great selection, just the right amount of help, and everything one needs to enjoy their pipes or cigars! I was just needing some pipe cleaners and ended up buying a pipe!
