History

Established in 2006.

Linda Weimar is committed to providing successful and compassionate representation to her clients. When individuals have suffered injury or property damage, including diminished vehicle value claims, due to the wrongful acts of another, are going through a divorce, or are facing other legal issues, it is important to hire a lawyer who they feel comfortable with and who has the experience and aggressiveness to advocate for their rights.

Linda graduated from Northwestern School of Law, Lewis & Clark College in 1997 in the top third of her class while attending law school at night, working nearly full-​time during the day, and raising a toddler. Linda is licensed to practice law in both Oregon and Washington. She is a member of several local, state and national bar associations, including a Guardian of Civil Justice Member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association.

Linda has practiced law since 1997, specializing in personal injury and property damage/​diminished value cases. Prior to 1997, she worked several years as a complex litigation paralegal. She cares about her clients, keeps in close contact with them, and works diligently and successfully to obtain the best possible result for her clients. What sets her apart from many other law firms is the client’s ability to reach Linda and talk to her directly rather than being screened by an Associate attorney, legal secretary or legal secretary.
