The Chocolate Moose Roasted Coffee

Small coffee shop that’s big on the experience. This is a must, for locals or anyone just visiting Beckley. Tucked away in the few wooded lots on Harper Road, just a mile from the interstate and ½mile from the hotels and restaurants. The atmosphere is relaxing, happening, and the service is personal. Coffee beans grounded fresh or whole from every corner of the globe, hot chocolate personally customized (white chocolate, coconut milk, who knew?), chai, lattes, and cappuccinos. Nice selection of LOCAL goods, books, &food from all over WV. The place also boasts a frozen yogurt bar with at a smörgåsbord of toppings… I literally felt like a kid in a candy store. Looking forward to coming back here for open mic night. Did I mention these guys have a climbing gym and a WV themed miniature golf? check this out any day of the week even if it’s just to grab your morning fix of caffeine.

Cool coffee shop. Freshly roasted beans and awesome cookies. The Red Eye gave me the kick in the seat of the pants I needed to keep my day going. Very friendly owner; great experience!
