If you like White Castle and Church’s Chicken, this is THE best Cleveland location. The restaurant is clean, the staff is always upbeat and personable, and for some reason, we always run into nice folks here to chat with. We drive past 2 other White Castles to come here about once or twice a month.

White Castle is unique among burger restaurants with its sliders and sides. Most locations are extremely slow in filling your order, however. This location had the best service I have experienced. Fast, friendly and well prepared. Worth a stop if you got your White Castle cravings and need to have them satisfied.

This location takes a bit of work to get to. I wasn’t sure if they had any going… I didn’t smell that all familiar oniony-​goodness that gets my taste buds going, but never fear
Sliders were near!
Seemed like one guy working it all at this early hour. He was definitely a morning person, friendly and all that.

I am one of those guys who’s loved White Castle Burgers since he was a kid. So I might be biased, lol. This location got my order right on the first try — and gave me it in fast time. For a fast food place, thats 4 star terrority. But its WHITE CASTLE!!! so I give em 5 stars. I view white caste single cheeseburgers as a treat. If you never had WC before, I highly recommend you come here one late afternoon and grab a sack full for supper!

Consistently messes up orders, fails to acknowledge presence at drive thru window and the employees just have a very unpleasant attitude. It’s almost as if they rather have you dead than to serve you. Needless to say that the next time that I want food from White Castle/Church’s Chicken, I’m driving over to the west side.
