Branson Dental

The issue I had was with Sharon that schedules their appts. I cannot speak about the Drs. but this staff member is extremely unprofessional and rude to deal with. Sharon behaves agitated for having to look up ins. information (her job btw) and like you are bothering her from her soap operas. She is an older woman, perhaps she’s burned out, menopausal maybe? She was an absolute witch and I seriously doubt I’m the only prospective pt. scared off by her. Do yourself a favor and choose another dentist, nobody should have to deal with her beyond poor customer skills. She must be such a joy to her family!

I went to Dr. Branson’s clinic because my husband recommended it. I called this morning, hoping to be seen this week for tooth pain I was having. They were able to fit me in the same afternoon! I do find it necessary to add that the woman I spoke with on the phone, I’m assuming is Dr. Branson’s wife from other reviews I’ve read online, was very kind and helpful. I did not have any unpleasant interactions with her, or with Todd. Both were extremely helpful and friendly to me. I hadn’t been to a dentist since 2009, when I had to have my wisdom teeth removed. I had a lot of anxieties about the dentist, specifically regarding my strong gag reflex that is difficult to deal with at a dental office.
I wasn’t really looking forward to the appointment but I went in with a hopeful attitude. I could not be happier with the care that was given to me here. Every single staff member I was in contact with, from the front desk personnel, to the dentist I saw (Dr. Montroy) and the hygienists, were kind and friendly, and they helped ease my fears. They were very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the questions I was asking. They were gentle with my teeth and especially gentle in the place where it was hurting. The equipment they used for X-​rays didn’t make me gag like some other equipment has in the past from other dentists. I’m also really thankful that they offer discounts for patients who don’t have dental coverage, and that the prices are listed clearly on their website. They also showed me how much the services would be so I’d know before I agreed to them. I can’t say enough how happy I am to have found a dental care team that really made my experience painless and anxiety-​free. I will definitely be recommending this office to my friends!
