My favorite Chipoltes! I think the staff here is amazing. The manager just goes above and beyond and it is a pleasure to see!
And that is on top of getting food from one of the best fast food Mexican restaurants ever.

Absolutely terrible customer service, you feel like you’re being rushed out of the place without acknowledgment of what the customer actually wants, not to mention I got charged the over priced 3 dollars when I asked for a small bit of guac, they should really have an option where the person shouldn’t pay that much if they only want a little. Outrageous.

Went for lunch with my son. I got the steak burrito and he got 3 soft steak tacos. First time attempting and will be my last at this location. I’ll give it one more shot at the South Willow location before I call it the quits.

Visited today at 11:30 and ordered the steak burrito bowl. Food was good. I noticed staff now checking temp of cold vegetables with food thermometer.
The front off the house was clean and so was the bathroom. I did however notice a potential problem in the bathroom that could lead to unsanitary conditions for employees. When washing your hands you need to touch the faucet to turn off and on. There appears to be a sensor but it doesn’t work. So someone with Norwalk virus could touch faucet, wash hands and then turn off faucet. In addition the paper towels, hand blower and trash are in the back of the bathroom not near the sink, which means some might not wipe their hands and those that want to use paper towel to open door can’t because the trash is too far away.
You need to fix this!

8:00 PM on Saturday night they are already out of Guacamole, Hard Tacos and Chips! Their Excuse: Their Manchester store was shut down due to bomb threat so, they got all the customers from that store. The Employee at the counter had different excuse; «it takes fryer 2 hours to warm up, so we decided at 7 pm (3 hours before store closing and prime dinner time) to not fry the chips.»
Vow! Excellent Leadership! Top notch training! Never heard the word sorry! Looks like manager was too busy watching the news then watching his/​her food bins to think that we should double up on the food and keep the fire going till close since we are expecting more customers. But, why should a over paid manager would think that. He is going to get his/​her pay check next Friday regardless. The hell with the hungry, dissatisfied customers!
Really? Aren’t you glad that you have customer instead of complete shut down and out of job like 5 other western United States and growing due to food poisoning.
Next customer after me made the comment, «It seems every time I come here you guys are out of something!» Well, why would that be any reflection on poor management, instead it seemed staff was taking as a compliment that they were so busy that they are out of food!
This is common occurrence at most of the Chipotle in the area, this Bedford store in particular. If you walking in hour or two before store closing, they are always out of either, Fajita, or Beans, or Chips or something else.
Today also, as we were walking out at 9 pm when dozen customers walked in. I felt so lucky, that I got to eat 3 remaining items out of 7, may be these guys may now have to settle with 1 out of 7! Ha! Ha!
Oh ya! Don’t expect apology or discount on your menu prices if they offer you less items from the menu.

I should have read the reviews before stopping here on the way to the airport. This is the worst Chipotle that I’ve ever been to. I ordered a chicken burrito to go. It had so much salt in it that it didn’t taste like anything else. The salt even overpowered the salsa.

Everytime I come here I am waiting in a line out the door, or the food is cold and not fresh. More than once I’ve gotten charred chicken or they’re scraping the bottom of the barrel for toppings. The employees are not the friendliest either. No apologies for the wait, no thank you, nothing. I’ll stick with the South Willow location.

These guys and gals rock. I eat at Chipotle a lot. Like 20+ times in a month. This is the best Chipotle I have ever visited and I have been to many in several states as I travel for work. Most of the workers here seem happy to be working here and are usually very friendly and helpful with the exception of just a couple.
I live close to the Manchester Chipotle location but drive the extra 10 minutes to go to Bedford.
My only complaint (and its highly subjective) is the steak being sometimes too pink for my liking. It can be a bit inconsistent on cooking temps.
Other than that, I have really not been let down by this location. Consistently good food!

I love Chipotle. My family and I go frequently. However in the 6 visits we have made to this location it has always been a disappointment. We routinely drive 15+ additional minutes to go to the S Willow location because of how bad this one is. Every once in a while we will give this one another try but apparently it is hopeless. Avoid if at all possible.

I wanted to hate this place because im such a authentic mex guy. I stopped here during lunch. I was in the area and got a burrito. I had a variety of toppings they offer with pork and it was good. Little hard to eat. It was to big. A good problem to have though. The worst part was the price. 9.60 for a buritto. No drink or side. It was good im giving 3 stars super close to 4. I would go back, but price and I like my mexican food cooked and prepared by mexicans because they know best! Gives here only 3.

Love me some Chipotle! Just tried the new tofu and it was delicious. Looking forward to many more Chipotle experiences in the future.

My mother and sister loved the burritos. I didn’t care so much for my salad bowl. Like others, I thought the portion size was a little weak. But we enjoyed the fast friendly service and prices were good. The dining area is cafeteria like, and could have been cleaner. The trash was full. I’d go back to try the burritos because of the service and prices if I was hungry for a quick bite and was in the area. I never got an A in grammar.

By far the worst Chiptole around. The food is great, but the service is lacking. We went in there on a random weekday off to get some lunch and there was no one else in the place. So we walked up to the counter and the girl standing behind the register starts screaming for two younger boys to come up to assist us, because she looked so super busy staring at the door waiting for people to come in that she couldn’t even bother to greet us.
The portions were certainly not that of Chipotle, and my usual burrito that is nice and warm, was cold and lacking. Considering the place was so dead, I would have assumed I would see the girl standing behind the register cleaning up the tables, and messes around the seating area, but she stood there, clearly hiding that she was texting behind her register.

Had an excellent fajita carnitas burrito. Had been politely asked to wait for a new batch of fajitas to be made, only waited 3minutes longer, and was given the meal for free bc of the wait time.
Good customer service. Totally unexpected.

This is one of the dirtier Chipoltes I’ve been to.

I’m a Chipotle regular. This location generally has great customer service and fresh cooked food.

I really, really wish chipotles had wheat tortillas. I have been usually getting the bowls.
Anyway, I come here at least once a week (BF is obsessed) and I’ve never had a bad experience. Food is always fresh and the staff knows their stuff! They are usually on the ball. Pretty impressed with this chain and it’s definitely a spicier alternative to some other fast food burrito places around here (dos).

This Chipotle is part of the national chain of burrito restaurants. There is nothing unique about this location other than its location in Bedford which I consider a community underserved with restaurants. The location is very convenient and consistently clean. Over several visits, I have found the staff efficient and friendly even with there is a crowd. Food is served quickly and tastes great. There is ample seating and I expect there will be some outside seats when the weather permits. My only dig is the cost. A burrito with guacamole and a small Diet Coke was over $ 11. I would think twice about taking a family at that cost.
