We are a well established small animal hospital serving the southern communities of New Hampshire. The veterinarians and staff at Daniel Webster Animal Hospital practice the highest quality medicine, while servicing our clientele with honesty and compassion. Our mission is to provide progressive patient care, comprehensive client education, and excellent service for the benefit of companion animals, their owners, and the public health. We believe in preventative medicine and encourage our clients to ask questions and become actively involved in the health care of their pets. For the past 29 years we have been conveniently located on Route 3, a major thorough-​fare connecting Bedford, Merrimack, and Manchester, New Hampshire. The hospital location is one mile from major highways Route 293, Route 101, and Interstate Route 3, with easy access to Interstate 93. New patients are welcome. Business Owner

Dr. Barbara Heald completed her undergraduate studies in her home state at the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT. After graduating, she continued her education at the University of Tennessee, College of Veterinary Medicine in Knoxville, Tennessee. Dr. Ed Rooney attended Dover High School and the University of New Hampshire. He obtained his DVM from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1987. Both doctors have loved the joys and challenges offered by small animal practice since arriving at DWAH. They became business partners of DWAH in 1997.
