Empire Design & Development, Inc. began with a purpose to serve small and medium-​sized businesses with custom print and web-​site design and development as well as reliable business information technology services and support. It’s partners, Chris Sizemore and Scott Smith, have between 20 – 30 years of established experience and expertise in their respective industries and continue to work to provide reliable and trustworthy services, which provides results for their clients and customers’s businesses.

Chris has been in the design and advertising industry for more than 20 years, with a variety of firms and agencies in the Dallas and Fort Worth area. With a firm grip of the print-​related design industry, Empire Design & Development, began in 2001 to reach the online business market and provide a customized level of web-​site design, application development and on-​going promotion and support.
