Hummus Amongus Organic Fast Food & Catering

I am so excited that mybdaugjter introduced me to this little gem. I got the BBQ bowl with falafel and hummas. They delivered quickly, everything was warm or cold depending on the entrée. I will be ordering again.

I love the food! I also love that it’s healthy! The hummus is outta this world and will no longer buy store bought.

The food is always consistently good. But what keeps me coming back is the service. I can’t say enough good things about the people who work here. It started with the delivery personnel, always friendly, often thanking me by name when delivering my order. But what threw me (in a good way) was a series of simple gestures that meant the world to me.
2 weeks ago I ordered delivery just like I always do, but when I walked into the living room after placing my order, I found my cat laying there paralyzed, covered in blood. I got in the car to rush him to get vet and on my way called to cancel or pause my order, the person on the phone could hear the concern and fear in my voice, she asked me if I would like them to deliver to the hospital instead, in case I was going to be there awhile. I was in such a state of confusion I politely declined and told her I would call back when I knew what was going on.
A few hours later I was home after finding out that my cat had a blood clod in his aortic valve, fluid in his lungs, was in an incubator to give him oxyven and there was a very bleak chance he would survive. They delivered my food right away and the gentleman who brought it told me that they had thrown in a brownie because they thought I could use some comfort food. I can’t even begin to explain how touched I was by this small gesture.
Hummus Amongus, you have an incredible, caring staff. As a food and beverage manager, I can say, it is rare to find people who would go out of their way to do something so thoughtful for a complete stranger. I’m sure to you it was a small gesture, but to me, in that moment, it meant so much. I wish I could remember who I spoke with that day so I could thank them personally.
And just an FYI: MR. Buddy is still in the hospital, it’s still touch and go, but he is making a miraculous recovery!!! Most animals who develop this condition (saddle thrombus) don’t survive, but my big guy is defying the odds and getting better each day. He is currently learning how to walk again!

This lovely café has been open for over a year and was only discovered by my Google search for ‘cheap organic food’! SOOO glad to know about this place!
They are in an office building which does not allow them to put a sign on the road… why I had not known about them until now… although I drive by this location almost daily!

I ordered catering from Hummus Amongus for a corporate event in Fort Worth. The owner, Adam, was immediately responsive to my catering inquiry, and he took the order over the phone, walking through the different options on his menu. On the day of delivery, he called to update me on the delivery status.
My entire team was blown away by the food! Our staff has an extensive culinary background, and even the most hyper-​critical chef was impressed by how tasty and fresh everything was. The wraps were a highlight for me.
It is really difficult to find healthy catering and delivery options in the Fort Worth area, and I will definitely be calling Hummus Amongus again.

This place is tucked away in a building but don’t let that fool you, the food and atmosphere here is the best. I’ve been here many times and even brought a few people here to have them try it out and they love it too.

Really tasty fresh food. The crunchy falafel pita was very good. The homemade hummus is amazing too. Hard to find, but worth the driving around.

Great, healthy food. Fast delivery. The delivery girl with curly blonde hair is so nice, she even thanks me by name every time! The quality of the food is getting progressively better. When I first started ordering maybe a month or 2 ago it was very inconsistent, the hummus was overly lemony, and the bread was often hard. I’m not sure what changed but, I order a few times a week and lately everything has been fresh and flavors are consistent! So nice to have a healthy delivery option! Especially for someone who works odd hours (I run bars and restaurants) I don’t always have time to cook, but pizza and Chinese food was not exactly great for my waistline! Thanks for providing the neighborhood with a healthier delivery alternative!!! :)

Wow, I seriously love the food here. They deliver, so that’s a bonus, but even if they didn’t, I’d drive out of my way to eat there. I had the Double Stack Power Wrap in the Cool flavor, it was great. Nice crispy grill on the outside and fresh taste on the inside. I could eat their crunchy puppies every day. The hummus was lemon-​y and perfect with pita bread. If you’re looking for a dessert, get the sliced fruit. It comes with a sweet dip that ended the meal nicely. I’ll be back soon.

Best. Service. In. Town. Adam was such a pleasure and went wayyyyy beyond the call of duty to ensure I got exactly what I needed. Nearly closed when I ordered, he was attentive, caring and excellent! The wrap was a hit! Wish it was a tad bit larger. The Mediterranean salad was so tasty but soooooo small and a little pricy for the amount :(wish I had more! I love that all ingredients are organic and gluten free! Still can’t say enough about Adam… Customer service goes such a long way today when many places seem to take your patronage for granted. Thanks hummus amongus! Can’t wait to visit in person!!!

This is a pretty cool place. Went on a Thursday around d 1 and was in and out. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and and helpful when it came to me making my food choices. The taco was ok but a little salt and pepper did the trick. The gyro sandwich is flavorful and tender. Overall I’m satisfied and will return.

I came here for lunch on New Year’s Day and was really surprised that they were actually open. I ordered the double stack wrap with a side of crunch puppies and it is my favorite thing on the menu! The wrap has a nice crunch on the outside and nice and gooey on the inside.
I have also ordered the breakfast sandwich and coffee. Their coffee is really good but unfortunately they don’t have real creamer (half and half). They do have the small Carnation creamers but I wish I could have some fresh organic milk with my coffee ;)

This is a great, healthy, and delicious option when needing breakfast, lunch or dinner in a hurry! They offer vegetarian, gluten free and also asked me up front if I had any dietary restrictions. I had the cool buffalo crunch wrap with a side of fruit. It was delicious! I will definitely be back!

I absolutely love this place. I am by far not a healthy eater, but my wife is. This place is truly the only place I have taken my wife that I too actually enjoyed all the food. For first timers I would highly recommend the incred-​a-​bowl. The breakfast wraps are amazing, and the spicy hummus is a household favorite. Give these guys a chance you want be disappointed.

The owners have spent a lot of time developing and perfecting the recipes. There is a Mediterranean feel to the menu, with hummus being the specialty. It is the best healthy fast food anywhere in the Metroplex.
The food is organic and always fresh. They do catering for small or large groups. Whether you have a business meeting, a health fair or any function that you want something out of the ordinary Hummus Amoungus is the restaurant to do your next catered event. The greek noodles here are my new favorite food for sure :) EVERYTHING is good and this restaurant shows that healthy can still be tasty!

My Husband and I found Hummus Amongus while searching for organic food in the Bedford area. The food is very delicious and reasonably priced. The black bean soup and Greek noodles are two of my top favorite sides. Located on the basement level of Bedford Place, the restaurant has plenty of open seating and offers a fresh clean feel to dining out.

As far as Greek restaurants go, the food is just sub par. Everything kinda tastes like pickles. Black beans, taste like pickles. Noodle side? Pickly.
I mean the food doesn’t taste bad. Just not as good as any other Greek restaurants.
Organic is good, but it should taste good also.

Hummus wasn’t something I wanted to consume before I had the hummus @ Hummus Amongus. It just wasn’t palatable to me. But, after trying their hummus I can’t stop eating it. It’s so good, I wish they sold it in grocery stores!

It’s located in the basement of an office building and it’s definitely worth the trip to stop by for lunch. They offer catering to businesses in the area as well. I look forward to going back soon!
