Custom jewelry design is our specialty. We are also a full-​service shop, offering a wide variety of jewelry, diamonds, colored stones, pearls, watches and more. Our experienced, on-​site jewelers and designers will work with you to creative a one-​of-​a-​kind piece in Gold, Platinum, Palladium or Silver; to carefully repair a special piece of jewelry, or to change the battery in your favorite watch.

We offer appraisal services, bead and pearl stringing, watch repair, eyeglass repair (in most cases), antique jewelry restoration as well as purchasing those mismatched gold earrings or broken chains that you can’t wear anymore.

History

Established in 1997.

Jonathan’s Jewelers was incorporated in Bedford NH in 1997 by Jonathan Crary. With over 30 years in the jewelry business Jonathan has made it his mission to offer Southern NH fabulous jewelry at a reasonable price and with a personal touch. We have four jewelers and an educated sales staff to meet your every jewelry need.

Our mission is to provide the region with outstanding service and product knowledge, while accurately representing and appraising jewelry. We achieve this by offering free advice and options, without pressure, openly and honestly. We will treat people graciously and continually conduct ourselves in a manner reflecting that we feel it is truly a privilege to participate in this industry.

Meet the Business Owner

Jonathan C.

Business Owner

Jonathan has owned Jonathan’s Jewelers since 1997. He’s been in the jewelry business since 1980. Jon’s interest began in high school where he made rings from silver spoons. He then went on to apprentice with one of the top jewelers in western Massachusetts.

Upon moving to New Hampshire, Jon took on the role of manager for Gemvest Jewelers in Bedford. In addition to managing the store, he also served as Master Bench Jeweler and designer. In May of 1997, Jon elected to open his own establishment and created Jonathan’s Jewelers.

Jon is certified by GIA in diamond grading and is presently completing the work for his Graduate Gemologist degree. He is the current President of the New England Jewelers’ Association, and is well-​versed in all types of jewelry repair. Jon takes great pride in his workmanship and great skill as a diamond setter.
