LoneStar Property Solutions is a home improvement company based out of Dallas/​Fort Worth, Texas. It is owned and managed by husband and wife, Kathi & Don Fleck who take a direct approach with their clients.

History

Established in 2007.

When my husband Don and I started LoneStar Property Solutions in 2007, our goal was simple: Give our clients a great remodeling experience: high quality workmanship, reasonable rates and exceptional customer service.

Since we started this business, we’ve completed over 320 significant remodeling projects. We’ve become the go-​to home-​remodeling company in the Dallas/​Ft. Worth area because we are actively involved in our clients’ projects… from the initial meeting to the final walkthrough.

Unlike other remodeling companies, we help you plan the design of your remodeling project. Because let’s face it: it’s pretty hard to know precisely what you want at first.

We eliminate all of the guesswork, uncertainty, and sense of overwhelm that comes with a remodeling project. We coordinate project schedules, prepare punch lists, and keep an open line of communication with our clients at all times. Business Owner

I’m certified in Universal Design and bring a perspective to the project that many contractors don’t want to deal with. I’m a huge proponent of educating my clients about their options and helping them make their dream project a reality.

I take the time to listen to your needs and desires and then design your project. I take the uncertainty and stress of deciding on the details for your remodeling project by providing specific recommendations on products and materials.

I have an MBA, and my background in business and design has given me a strong ability to guide my clients through the WHOLE design/​remodeling process

Don is my husband and supervises the remodeling aspect of projects. Don’s customer service approach and hard work endear him to LoneStar’s clients. He is a hands-​on guy, and clients love him because he’s extremely approachable and courteous.

Don is proud to have served as an officer in the Navy. He has an MBA, and years of logistics and operations experience.
