I worked with Karen Lagasse to get pre-​approved for a mortgage and it was an absolute pleasure. Karen is super knowledgeable and responsive, answered all of my questions, and ran several scenarios for me exploring different options. I was looking for a 5% down conventional loan and wanted to explore all my options, between monthly PMI, single premium PMI, and an 80⁄15 piggyback loan. I ended up going with a different provider for my mortgage so I can’t speak to the whole process, but I have nothing but the highest praise for Karen and Northpoint and would recommend their services to anyone who is in the market for a mortgage.
