Dr. Haley is an incredible human being and I am very lucky and honored to have her as my cats holistic veterinarian.
When Fluffy was diagnosed with GI lymphoma I was devastated. I’ve always been interested in holistic medicine for myself, as well as my pets, so when our regular veterinarian told us that at his old age chemotherapy might be too hard on him, and due to tumor location and other factors, surgery was too risky, we opted to treat him with holistic medicine. If he was able to receive chemo, we probably would have done a multi step approach and complimented his «Western» medicine with holistic medicine and acupuncture as well, still, but in our case holistic was our only option.
That being the case, I am SO glad we found Dr. Haley. I could not have asked for a kinder, gentler, sweeter, or more caring veterinarian to treat him.
Honestly, I was skeptical at first. Again, I do believe in holistic medicine and natural treatments but in cases like cancer, I always believed that was one thing you should never try to treat with holistic medicine alone. So I was really sad thinking that we would be basically just «keeping him comfortable» with the acupuncture and herbs and that it wouldn’t be an actual «treatment» but I was quite wrong. Dr. Haley has actual herbal medications that literally attack tumors and strengthen the immune system to actually help TREAT the cancer, not just make the animal feel better (though they DO feel better on her medicines and with her acupuncture!) this treatment as opposed to how Western medicine attacks the tumors by lowering the immune system, you know, wiping everything good out along with the bad.
I’m not saying that everyone should say no to chemotherapy. Not at all. Particularly in younger animals and ones with very treatable cancers known to respond well to chemo, it is a viable option. But if your pet has cancer I’d highly recommend seeing Dr. Haley even if you go the route of chemo she can do acupuncture to help them «bounce back» and combat the negative side effects of chemo.
If you don’t choose chemo she has herbal medicine that have very little, if any, side effects, and in our case increased Fluffys energy and helped him feel much, much better. We are even seeing some tumor shrinkage on the herbal meds.
Also I researched some of the medicine she gave us and there are a few studies, not many since it is holistic and there aren’t many studies on them, but the few legit studies I read showed very real, positive results, so none of it is «snake oil» I can promise.
Any way, this review is getting long, but I just want to say that it is truly a blessing having such a fantastic veterinarian and having a much happier, healthier cat who is definitely going to live longer because of Dr. Haley and that, to me, is priceless.
Oh and she always talks about how she loves her clients so much, and can talk at length about how awesome this cat or that dog is. You can tell she’s a genuine animal lover and not just in it for the money.
Which is a big deal to me. Because the best medical care in the world is useless if you hate your doctor, right? Good thing we absolutely love ours!

My cat has been seriously ill since 2010 when he went into hospital and they found he had Inflammatory Bowel Disease, kidney disease and thyroid issues. I had been to different vets for years previously to find out why he was vomiting so much and nobody helped. The doctors at the hospital cut him open, then closed him up and told me he needed to take steroids, eat special foods which only they sold at a ridiculous price and said he probably had a year. Thank heavens I found Dr. Haley. She has been treating my cat since and he doesn’t vomit anymore, he looks amazing and has a fantastic quality of life eating well but not that hospital food. I don’t hesitate in recommending her but please don’t be like me and wait until hospitalization — she was my last resort, but should have been my first long before. Dr. Haley is amazing and even my cat likes her… and he likes no-​body except me!

Dr. Daphne is absolutely wonderful. She has helped to care for our two oldest pets, a 16 year old dog with stomach and mobility issues, and a 15 year old cat with congestive heart failure. Her treatment definitely helped both pets and extended their lives, allowing them to live comfortably. Our dog regained mobility after receiving acupuncture treatment from Dr. Daphne. It was amazing to see him get up and walk again with ease after just one treatment.
Dr. Daphne is very sweet and caring, she will come to your home which makes things very easy and convenient, especially for pets that are hard to travel with.
I cannot recommend her enough.
